“Not really impressed!”

We think that it could be newer. The rug was too old and the bathroom small...had a strange smell but for the price we´ve paid I think it was kind of fine.....however we didn't had any bad experiance.

I stayed here for the 3rd year in a row. I will keep coming back because the staff cares about people and it is a price I can afford. One thing though is the fee when you check in (Parking - resort maintenance fee) is a little higher than advertised. Still under $10.00 though.

“A Good Choice”

This hotel was a good choice. My wife and I stayed here during our vacation to the hollywood and north LA area. I have to admit, my wife was a little worried when we drove down the street and saw the hotel. However, once we went inside and went to our room, she felt better. Everything was clean and in good condition, not to mention the reasonable rates and close proximity to attractions.

“Be careful of fee”

We were surprised at check-out to learn that we were charged a $4.25 per day maintenance fee. I did not recall any mention of this before that point.

“Good Value for LA”

Overall, very good experience. A very good value for LA. Easily accessible off of the freeway. Outstanding breakfast included. Clean and pleasant atmosphere.

“Comfort Inn LA-Universal : emplacement trés pratique”

Bien situé: parking couvert et gratuit, à 50 mètres de la station de métro qui met l'hôtel à 10 mn d'Hollywood, d'Universal Studio où du Centre Ville. Moins bien placé pour les plages. Hôtel confortable, acceuil et Petit Déjeuner assez moyens toutefois.
