“Decent hotel for the price”

Nice hotel. Easy to find. Located in a good neighborhood. Clean. I would rate it 4.5 stars overall. Coffeemaker in the room didn't work but it's okay. No in-room coffee is ever worth anything anyway. I just had coffee downstairs along with a good breakfast that was included with the room. Parking was safe, $8 per car extra located within its own garage. I'd go back to this hotel again in the future.

Great hotel and very good for being near Universal Studios! Hotel staff very friendly and helpful especially when organising tours. Room very clean and comfortable. Fridge and microwave proved to be useful. Initially, I was very worried about this hotel when I booked it due to the other reviews that I had read, but I am happy to reprot that this was definitely not the case when we stayed there. Recommended hotel!!

“Great trip!”

This Comfort Inn is in a great, central location not too far from the hotel. It was clean, and the continental breakfast was excellent! Belgium waffles!! We would definately stay here again!

“Fantastic place to stay!”

The continental breakfast is more than ordinary... You can make your own waffles, there's hard boiled eggs, pastries, cereals, cold orange or apple juice... I thought I'd want to go out for breakfast once or twice during the week before I got there but I ended up eating their's all week long and never got sick of it! The service is marvelous... They are kind and caring. The room : very tidy... Only thing is, there's a surcharge fee for a parking space (if you need it, it's a charge per day) and room maintenance fee (per day, no matter what) that aren't included in the reservation. So don't be surprised if you get to the front desk and they ask you to pay a little... Very convenient spot for the walk of fame, hllywd blvd, universal studios... Close to liquor stores, a subway (metro) station is litterally 30 seconds away, and some places to eat are close too (contrarily to what others might say...). In some rooms there is a fridge and a microwave so you can stock on some goods, not huge but still you can store a couple drinks and snacks too... grocery store not too far either (3 blocks away)... Very very convenient.

“Exactly the kind of hotel you to allow you freedom to get around LA”

When we arrived at the hotel, we were not sure we had chosen a good hotel. It is surrounded with buildings that are boarded up and unused. But, we soon found out we had a little OASIS in the middle of LA. The Metro & bus was right outside the door. The maids were prompt at cleaning the room and supplying what we needed. We had a coffee pot, refrigerator, TV, microwave and wireless connection if we wanted it. Every morning there was a big spread for breakfast, that never ran out. Make your own waffles, fresh fruit, muffins, doughnuts, toast, orange juice,& coffee. Also, a Dennys across the street and two blocks down is a McDonalds and Sizzlers. We saw everything via the metro!

“loved our spacious room with jacuzzi!!”

We got the jacuzzi suite for a very reasonable price all four nights! The location is excellent, not too far from Staples Center where we watched Sasha and Kobe! it didn't take over twenty minutes to arrive at our choice locations, Hollywood Blvd, Sunset Blvd, Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach. We had a blast at the hotel in L.A.!! Can't wait to go back!

The hotel is in a good location, rooms are clean and the staff are helpful. Another good thing is the complimentary breakfast. Overall, my family and I are satisfied with are stay.

“Best Location, True value for money”

This hotel is located next to Red line Vermont Beverly Metro Station, and its very convinient to get to Hollywood / Universal Studios / Downtown / Union station. We didn't have a car and had to rely on Public transport. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is very good quality and quantity, and its free!! Free wireless internet and you can print your boarding pass for free from the Hotel computer - (otherwise the use of hotel computer / printer is charged to you and is a bit expensive). Price is very reasonable. Laundromatt is very close, we also found indian grocery stores very near to the Hotel. Rooms have microwave and refrigerator inside - a big boon!

“Great budget hotel”

We had a great stay at Comfort Inn. The room was spacious and very clean. Hotel is right next to the metro and bus stops which was very convient. The only bad point is where the hotel is....on the edge of downtown LA which is not a nice place and all locals are foreign but as we were busy going to all the attractions is wasnt a big deal. But overall i would def recommend as its great value for money.
