I have an injury & can’t bring my suitcase upstairs, was told they are fully booked and they couldn’t help me get a ground floor room. No elevator. The room smells heavily of bleach, is not clean feeling. Very unhealthy environment. I asked for a refund and was told to talk to Expedia.

I also understand your frustration with the refund process and the referral to Expedia. We should have provided you with more direct assistance. While we cannot control Expedia's policies, we can certainly do a better job of guiding you through the process and providing additional support. Dated but safe & clean and excellent for the price! Fast food in walking distance, downtown & Portos only an 8 minute drive away. Free parking, mini fridge & microwave. Standard double queen had more than ample space for a family of 4. They accommodated our late check in as we were driving in from Nevada & check out was a breeze.

We pulled in late to the property and were greeted by the owners with smiles and hellos. Very quick and easy check in. The Room was exceptionally clean and smelled very nice. The room had plenty of Amenities. My son and I were able to comfortably share a bed. Bathroom and shower were clean. Warm water and water pressure were great. The first night we were out cold and did not notice any outside noise. The second night we did notice plane noise until around 11. It's understandable because Burbank Airport is about 10 minutes away. This was not a negative. We were able to walk to dinner and always felt safe. There was plenty of parking and the hotel was always quiet. Check out was simple and again, we were greeted with smiles and gratitude for our stay. Will definitely consider Chariot again.

Chariot Inn is a very clean, safe, quiet place to stay. I booked a room for New Year’s Eve because we were going to the Rose Bowl the following day. Pasadena is wildly over priced so I looked in Glendale. This is a good location with lots of restaurants around. The parking is free. The staff were so friendly and kind. I asked for special accommodations for my car and they kindly agreed. The room was simple. Nice tv, microwave, fridge. It was clean. The bed is a bit firm for my taste but it was fine. I would stay here again. Thank you to the staff for being so kind!

Stayed here while I went to a UCLA football game. Super close to the Rose Bowl which was nice and was able to walk down to Dave’s Hot Chicken which was delicious. So many food options that are walking distance. I would stay here again.

Great property!
This was a trip where we were trying to save a little money so I booked something that was not a chain. We were highly rewarded for doing so! Very clean, cute property! Lots of attention to detail and just generally a nice place and nice people. Would stay again.

No breakfast provided as advertised. Very disappointed that the hotel would use the lame excuse that it was because the Health Dept. required it because of COVID. That is just not true. The pandemic has been over for more than a year!
