We stayed one night after a late flight. The front desk was very nice and helpful. She waived the $10 parking fee without us asking since we arrived at midnight and were leaving in the morning. The room is basic but clean and efficient with lots of charging stations, toiletries, coffee maker, a microwave and a fridge. The beds were comfortable and shower was hot. Breakfast is from 6 to 9 am and much better than expected with hot dishes such as scrambled eggs, bagels, cream cheese, Nutella, jam, yogurt, waffle maker, oranges, bananas, coffee and tea bags. Overall, a great short stay before our road trip!

Mildew, moisture, and mold! Lots of water leakage in the bathroom. Bathroom fan sounds like a motor engine thats slowly revving up. The air conditioner s Blows out midlewy smelling air. All the moisture buildup makes the room smell moldy, and to top it off the way they installed the window shades it won’t allow the window to open to air out the room so you have to open the door. Don’t do it!!!! The only good thing to say about this place is its location. It’s also a nice touch they offer a full breakfast but There are great diners and food spots all over the area. I’ve been coming here to stay for years and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. And it’s just how the hotels is managed. You should never give someone a room where the window can’t open to air out the flooding bathroom and mildewy air conditioner. This was a BIG disappointment.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was at 4am some man was trying to get into my room. He was working on the door for a bit when I woke up and realized what the sound was. My husband asked who’s there and the guy said he was the police. Needles to say hubby told him to F off and I called the office. He left down the hallway. Staff never called us back to check or anything. Needles to say I didn’t go back to sleep and was super nervous especially having 3 kids with us asking if the man was coming back.

1. Breakfast was great and staff Stephanie was very helpful and friendly 2. I asked about the promotion advertised at the front desk and the guy asked me whether I have a phone to check myself - all info on there. He wasn’t friendly and helpful. 3. My wife complained about smell of pee in the room. The front desk was accommodating to change room. I didn’t smell it in the room but in the parking lot. They definitely can do better on cleaning. 4. Hotel location is convenient to many places of interest.

Stephanie in the breakfast suite is amazing, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Hospitality cleaning service is friendly and ready to help. I really appreciate feeling like a valued guest. Since renovations are taking place, I won’t complain about the musty smell, nonfunctioning heater or slow tub drain. The room was otherwise cozy and located in a convenient area, surrounded by businesses.

Had a problem with our first room at check in; Staff was able to move us to another room that was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of food including fresh, hot and healthy selections. Overall we had a good stay at this location.

Beautiful room
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a game at the Sofi stadium. First impression of the room; BEAUTIFUL!! We stayed in the king jetted tub room and my gosh, my husband and I didnt want to leave the room. From the front desk to the room to the housekeepers, it was a pleasant stay. My husband and I will definitely be back.

Initially I was a little nervous about the outside and didn't think I would like it when we arrived. The entrance to the rooms are outdoors. Also because it's more like a motel instead of a hotel. Also it's not at the airport. It's 15-20 minutes from the airport. The staff at the front desk was pleasant and courteous. I felt a little better once in the room. The room was extremely clean. There were no issues with house keeping. Onsite parking was limited but we had no issues going in and out. They do offer breakfast but we only had coffee.

Front desk female representative was great! Courteous and helpful! Not sure if the pool was a jacuzzi because of the size. but we didn’t have time to use it anyway. Their breakfast was very good with many options and the breakfast staff was very nice! Hotel location was fine and just a short distance to the LA Coliseum, where we watched a USC football game. Plenty of parking @ $25/ vehicle. We had 2 vehicles and received a discount using our Best Western Rewards membership. Price was reasonable too; we would definitely stay there next time.

A decent place to stay near LAX. My room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. The service was good. The only con I have to say is the outside noise. You could hear the vehicle noise from the parking and street side. But otherwise, no issues with my stay.

The staff is very nice and helpful! Rooms are clean and the room actually had three beds instead of the two! Restaurants and shopping are all nearby too.
