“Very impressed by the service”

The stay at this hotel was very impressive with the service at the front desk and the housekeepping was very pleasant according to our employee. This stay was very nice. I have booked this hotel for several of our employees. And I get all the same reaction with the service being very pleasant and warming.

Stayed overnight with a 6:30am departure the next day. Very, very clean and well maintained. Bathroom a bit small but very well kept. Highway noises were very faint. Highly recommend.

“Would Use this Hotel Again!”

We stayed in a double queen room - 4 guests. Stayed 4 nights, went to Bakersfield, and then came back and chose to stay in the same hotel for our last night in LA. It was very convenient to all attractions we were interested in - Beverly Hills, Hollywood, beaches . . . and the service was very good. We were especially pleased with the continental breakfast - lots of choices!

The hotel was clean and presentable. Everything work in the room. Personnel were pleasant and answered all our questions. Shuttled us to the airport on time. Close to the LA airport and the surrounding area had a good choice of restaurants.

“Excellent Service and Accommodating Staff”

The hotel was inexpensive and close to the airport which is what we needed. It was nice to have a free continental breakfast every day in the lobby (Coffee, tea, o.j., doughnuts, cereal), a free L.A. Times, and free DSL line for free internet service. The room was clean, and if we needed anything, the front desk was extremely responsive. The only thing negative wasn't the hotel's fault. There is a house next to the hotel property, and the people at the house had a party saturday night which went on loudly until 12 a.m. Otherwise, the property was great!

“Would definitely stay here again!”

I first thought Inglewood....but I was wrong! the hotel was right off the 405. Very convenient. I booked a non smoking with king size bed. The room was clean and pretty large for 2 people. Everything worked fine. A lot of restaurants nearby. Wouldn't recommend walking at night alone. Plenty of parking. Not too noisy for being right by lax. The breakfast was good, offered oj, coffee, other juices, milk, cereal, toast, make it yourself waffles, bagels, boiled eggs, fresh donuts, yogurt, cream cheese. I would stay again for eighty nine bones a night. Don't believe the other nonsense you hear about this place, it's not a 5 star but it's great!

“Excellent customer service, beautiful hotel, rough neighborhood”

From the moment we checked-in we were greeted and felt at home thanks to the receptionist (her name is Priti, and she is truly a great asset to Best Western). The room was very clean, as expected, and the entire property was very well maintained. The front staff was also very helpful in finding local attractions and recommending taxi services that would not rip me off. The location is not far from LAX, and had the best prices in the area. My only complaint is the neighborhood in which the hotel is located, is not very good at all. A few miles down the road you can actually visit a Burger King with a bullet proof window at the check out counter! Other than for issues beyond anyone's control, I would definately recommend this hotel to a friend and would check-in again next time I'm on vacation in LA.

“Great location for flying in or out of Los Angeles”

Chose this because of the enjoyment of Best Westerns, in general. Having a quiet room with such proximity to the airport with a great breakfast selection, and free-easy to access internet connectivity was another plus. If we didn't have a rental car to return, the hotel had free transport to LAX. Would definitely stay there again.

“Good Value”

For the price, this is a very convenient airport hotel. They do offer pickup service, but you have to call. They have free wireless internet which is fast. Good value.
