The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hallways have a funny smell but not in a bad way. It was easy to come and go. Would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a place to stay that was centrally located to Beverly Hill, LA and the beaches.
Very rarely have I experienced the combination of luxury, friendliness, and affordability that I did at the Sirtaj. From the moment I arrived, the staff was greeting me with warm smiles and a refreshing drink. The hotel itself is small and intimate, modern and yet still has a warm and homey feel. After checking in I went up to my room which was outfitted with every modern amenity I could have asked for. There were plenty of outlets for my laptop and chargers, an espresso machine, a massive flatscreen television and a great stereo alarm clock. My favorite of these amenities, as ridiculous as it may sound, was the toilet with it's heated seat and cleaning capabilities. It reminded me of being in Japan. Another great convenience is the room service. The restaurant p.s. Beverly Hills is located there and you can have anything off the menu delivered to your room. They serve Indian fare that puts every other Indian restaurant in LA to shame. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and pampered Los Angeles experience.
The only criticism of the hotel would be that the decor is a bit dated, but what would you expect for the rather inexpensive rates. Everything else is top notch, including the service, amenities, location and cleanliness. It is convenient to the airport but not so close that it is annoying. It's near great restaurants and attractions. But the best part is the great people who work at the hotel. The breakfast is also excellent.
"Nice hotel. Not exactly close LAX but will suffice"
The terrible review on here about this hotel are fictional. This is a very nice hotel. I did not experience ANY of the negative or critical comments about this place. The bed was made. The room did not smell. The staff was nice even at 3:30 in the morning when i checked in after my delayed flight. The even called me a cab and gave me mints in the morning when i left.
If there is negative about this hotel its the WiFi. It has painfully slow and clunky. If they cleaned that up this place would be a nice find.
