The fridge in the room wasn’t working, the pool was closed, the floor in my room was nasty and sticky and they are doing remodeling I guess so all I heard was people stomping above me. They had roaches crawling, I killed 2 just while standing in the bathroom. I don’t feel I should have had to pay 95$ to stay there. I honestly would like even just a partial refund.

It is definitely under renovation, some clutter and dusty elevator/stairwell, so if you’re sensitive to that sort of thing, please consider the situation. Shay at the desk was amazing and my brand new room on the second floor was awesome! Breakfast seem to be missing a few things like fruit, but the lady taking care of it was extraordinarily friendly and nice. Once everything is complete I imagine it will be on extremely good value for the rates!

I have stayed at this location many times in the past. Property has always been a little outdated with the furnishings in the rooms. But has always been a clean place. When you walked through the halls or lobby it always had a clean smell. However, my last stay was not this way the room had several issues with cleanliness in the bathroom as well as stains on the furnishings. Also had a light bulb that was not working in the bathroom that would continuously turn off and on similar to a strobe. I alerted the staff but never received a visit to the room or response. Also I assume the construction crew that was remodeling the hotel was also staying there because there was a lot of folks hanging out in the hallway and a strong food odor coming from a nearby room.

Roach roaches roaches Roaches. Only the first floor was open because floor 2 and 3 are getting “renovated” no parking Because there’s material and supplies stacked in most of the parking spots. Room has roaches and the walkway was full of dirt and pieces of sheet rock everywhere. Very hazardous. They should NOT be opened right now

No where online did it say they we’re remodeling the property! I was very disappointed to know the gym wasn’t available, which also was not mentioned online either! The sheets were dirty and the bed very uncomfortable . There should definitely be a warning or just a notice about the cleanliness and smell before booking and arrival! ( I booked with third party so I had to stay one night ) .

Our room was nice, but the hotel in general is in desperate need of the remodel that is currently underway. The staff is friendly and responsive. It should be really nice after they finish the remodel, but it is a little rough right now.

The bed was disgusting it had several large urine stains as well as dog hair and appeared the the sheets hadn't been washed. The entire hotel smelled. My family and I could not stay there and they are refusing to refund me.

Cameron, shay and Tona at the front desk was so knowledgeable and so helpful with the check in and had GREAT customer service!! shaunda That works the breakfast had the area so clean she was so green friendly and had WONDERFUL food! The staff was great and very friendly but that's the only positive here. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the outlets didnt work so I had to unplug the alarm clock to charge my phone, one of the lights in the bathroom constantly flickered, and the tv was ridiculously small. Not a great experience at all.

We were only in town for one night and needed something economical. It was as expected for the price. Overall it was clean (bathbtub looked a little dingy), but the air conditioning unit was loud. Its an older facility so don't expect the bells and whistles of newer properties. Biggest complaint was almost none of the outlets on the lamps and nightstands worked, thus it was difficult charging our devices.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The bed lights in my room wasn’t working and the bed was to soft with a dip in the middle.
