This is a great hotel located outside of Manhattan. The hotel has everything you need. The rooms are confortable and the view from the hotel is second to none. We had a room on the 11th floor which provided amazing views of Manhatten. The hotel offers a free bus service every hour which takes you to Bloomingdales and then back on the half hour . It takes around 20 minutes to get there. If the bus if full they give you back $10 for the cost of your taxi which was $11. Can't conplain about that. If you don't have the urge to walk out the hotel and be right in Manhatten then this hotel is perfect for you. The hotel arranged out airport taxi and held our bags until we left. We didn't interact too much with the staff however the bus drivers are great.

stayed for three nights while at a conference. Within walking distance of Kaufman Astoria Studios, Museum of the Moving Image, the Frank Sinatra School of the Arts, the Astor Club, shopping and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are small, perfect for two and nicely appointed. Would definitely stay again.
When I was there, the restaurant was not open as yet and that would be a nice addition. Regardless, a great hotel.
