The support in the middle of the bed was broken so it was basically a giant pit in the middle. Every time you moved it felt like it was going to collapse. The room was clean and nice, but there is no insulation between the walls so you can hear everything in the room next to you.

Room was very clean, although there was a little garbage that got missed in the bathroom (was under the sink, far back) NOT a deal breaker. Only staff I came in contact with was the front desk, nice interaction. I like this place, because they allow dogs!!!! Also, it is very close to the shops (like 2 blocks-walking). Will return to this place next trip. We got the 2 bdrm, family suite!!! AMAZING! Remodeled, new floor, dishwasher, Keurig, fridge. Really enjoyed the 2 bedrooms for 2 kids & 2 adults. Adult room had a side door to a "breeze way" type patio. RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!

I really wanted to love this place as we have stayed at their other frank property, Inn by the Sea, and love it there. First, the office closes at 6. If you need anything beyond that hour you must travel to their other property where the office is open later. In our case, we ran out of towels and Keurig coffee k cups, so we had to drive to the other property for more. They advertise free breakfast and bikes, they don’t have either available. The unit was FREEZING. They had 1 heater for the entire 2 bedroom unit and no extra linens or pillows. The pillows were awful and the beds were even worse. Squeaking every time you moved, I felt like I was sleeping on Sheetrock. The walls in this place are worse than paper thin. We heard everything. Barking dog all hours of the night, fighting and yelling late hours of the night and early hours into the morning. I called the office and asked if someone could please say something to them and was told “there’s a number in the text you got for check in, you can call that number if there’s noise complaints.” She didn’t have a care in the world. We spent almost $400 for 2 nights here and literally the only good thing about it, was the location. I would recommend cleaning your couch and chair in the deluxe 2 bedroom family unit as it was absolutely disgusting with stains and animal fur. There is also a major ant problem in the kitchen area, didn’t appreciate have ants crawling on our prepared food and all over the coffee pot.

Coastal Inn was clean but sparse. The staff were excellent. You can walk to most attractions. We expected a kitchenette but not had a small fridge and microwave. No bowls, plates or can opener. We are large people and the furniture was very small. Husband and I squeezed onto the love seat to watch a movie the first night-the tv and wifi never worked again. Due to monsoon like weather, we had to spend more time in the room. It would have helped to have working tv and music, as well as being able to spread out in the living room. We did not dare sit on the dinette for fear of collapsing. They have clearly updated the room we were in, I just wish they had put a bit more into the furniture. Wish these guys well in their endeavor🍀
