“Excellent hotel, but ...”

This is a great hotel. My room was very comfortable and clean. They have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in the lobby at all times. Morning breakfast was the best breakfast I ever seen in a hotel: pastries, waffles, two kinds of eggs, muffins, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, and three kind of juices! The hotel has a fantastic view of Mt. Kinley. However, be aware that the hotel is actually outside Lone Pine and close to virtually nothing. You''l have to drive into town (five minutes) to get something to eat. Also, the hotel is really close to the road leading to Death Valley National Park, but it actually takes two hours to get to the heart of the valley and three if your destination is Badwater. If you want something closer, you're probably better off looking into the other side of the park (Beatty, NV, for example.

“Very good value for money.”

Receptionist was particularly friendly and helpful. The inclusive breakfast was OK (although the room was somewhat crowded). Nice, small pool and free internet. A good stop off before visiting Death Valley.

“Excelent”

We stayed at this hotel only for 1 night on July 2008. It is located near the entrance of Death Valley National Park, what was very good to us. Very good hotel. Good breakfast, confortable room. A little bit overpriced, but it was Summer.

“Affordable clean hotel”

We had stayed there before our trip to Mt Whitney. The rooms were very clean with nice views. Breakfast in the morning was much more than just coffee and bagles. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will recommend this place to everyone.

Bon accueil, bien situé et petit déjeuner continental inclus. Une bonne étape avant (ou après) la Death Valley au pied de la Sierra Nevada.
