“Welcome Inn”

A good location, friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint was you could hear the rumble of the London Underground Trains in the basement room; however, not loud enough to keep you awake. Would be more than happy to stay here again

“Overnight stay”

We arrived late after being delayed on a train in France and missing our Eurostar connection. The person who met us was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. In the morning breakfast was delivered to our room.

“Très très très moyen, pas plus d'une nuit!”

Lit confortable mais chambre très petite, salle de douche très petite, petit filet d'eau à la douche, pas d'ascenseur et escalier dangereux Petit déjeuner inmangeable (soit-disant anglais!)

“For one night only!!!”

The only thing going for this hotel is its closeness to St Pancras station. We were alloted a room in the basement and we struggled to get a small suitcase up and down the stairs. The room itself was small and basic and although it looked clean on closer inspection some things weren't ie the window blind was filthy.The bed was next to the window and you had to crawl up the bed to get in that side. It wasnt a comfy nights sleep. The included breakfast was a mish mash of a slice of processed ham, poached egg?, toast and yogurt. We were glad we were only booked in for one night!

“Do not stay here!”

This London hotel had the smallest rooms of any of the hotels that I've been in there. They had only rooms with double beds when I had requested a room with two single beds. The first room they wanted to put us in was in the basement next to the alley with the garbage cans. The second room they offered was in the 5th floor garret. There was no elevator and we had heavy suitcases. Even though I had already paid for the room, we left and stayed at a lovely hotel nearby. An expensive lesson learned--do not stay at this hotel!
