“Value for money in convenient location”

views from the studio room were excellent, overlooking the new Pinnacle construction. room small, but clean. Decent level of equipment check in was a little confusing; going to reception in one building in Tanner Lane, only to be told I was in a separate building on London Bridge Road - and subsequently had to drag all my luggage down the road

“Nice until you want to go to sleep”

The apartment was in good condition and pleasant. However, when going to sleep the inability to shut out the lights from outside and the noises from within and outside the apartment led to a very disturbed nights sleep

“The worst servie ever”

While the hotel has nice rooms and a very good location at a great price, the hotel staff are very unhelpful. I stayed for 5 days and my trash cans were not cleaned during my entire stay. The receptionists (all shifts) are very unprofessional and it took them 1 hour to charge my credit card. I sent them earlier a credit card authorization form which they lost and who knows got my credit card details..Since my company was paying I requested to get an invoice for my accommodation upon check in but they could not issue one util I checked out becaue they did not know how... The receptionists speak very bad English and do not fully understand what you say. I would not recommend this accommodation because its bad service spolis everything.
