“Great find!”

Only a single night stay (wish it had been longer), but really lovely place. Smashing room, very clean, lovely friendly staff and excellently situated. Recommend Zaika indian restuarant too...!! Will go back if need to go to London again.

Although a bit of a walk from Gloucester Road tube station, the hotel was great, staff really helpful and friendly. Really well placed for Science Museum, Hyde Park etc.

“Hidden Gem”

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights on our recent trip to London. Our first 2 nights were at another hotel because I had hotel points to use. When we checked into this hotel, we were so happy to have found this hidden gem! We upgraded to the deluxe room and had a king sized bed and plenty of room to spread out. The bathroom was also spacious. We enjoyed the complimentary wifi in the lobby and continental breakfast in the morning. Only a 5 minute walk to the Earls Court tube station. We would definitely stay here again!

“A Wonderful Hotel”

I'm reluctant to rave about the Parkcity London as I'd like it to be a well kept secret, but this is an excellent place to stay while in London. It's on an easily accessible, quiet street. The rooms are designed in a tasteful, minimalist style (the bathrooms are fantastic). And the staff was extremely helpful with everything. This is definitely my hotel of choice while visiting London.

“Wonderful small hotel”

We had a delightful time at the Park City--stayed 11 nights--hotel staff were very attentive. Room was wonderful, clean, recently upgraded. Location is very quiet. Only disadvantage: their in-house dining is limited to light meals, and there are not a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

“Very good value for London standards”

The comfort is very good, menu of pillows. The internet didnot work, and they offerred a change of rooms since they could not fix it. Good service. The breakfast at the restaurant was average.

“Great hotel!”

This hotel was a great place to stay and we would stay there again when/if we go back to London. It was on a quiet street and wasn't too far from Earl's Court tube station. I would recommend that you know where you're going when you exit the tube station because there are many hotels in this area and many streets to get lost on! The room was a great size for Europe and the bathroom was full size with a tub/shower combo, which can be unusual also. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

Great location close to tube stations, pubs, restaurants and many sights in a central quiet and safe area. Free wifi and cable (in the room) internet, reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Apart from being in a lovely part of London, the staff were excellent, our room was perfect for our honeymoon and we were spoilt with a welcome bottle of champagne.
