“Excellent Hotel”
The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were desperate to clean our room! The room itself was immaculate and very well appointed, and the location is excellent for touring and sightseeing. And tubes are very close. Couldn't have hoped for better.
“a great stay”
A great find in London. Lovely rooms and staff, location was brilliant, close to Metro stations and easy walking distance to Hyde Park, Museums, gallery and Knightsbridge area. Breakfast was very nice and the price of the hotel was really good value for the quality, location and services. Will stay here again for sure.
“Comfortable boutique hotel”
A very comfortable hotel to base yourself at during visits to London. Friendly staff and a great location also make this a good choice and more enjoyable than staying at a big chain hotel.
“great location”
Great location and inclusive buffet breakfast a treat.
“A quiet haven in a busy area .....”
Very polite and helpful staff . Hotel just off main road and so quiet location . Close to main Mueums and Albert Hall andHarrods . Has outside garden area to sit and have a drink in .
“Very impressed”
I had heard that the hotels in London were overpriced with small rooms. I was prepared for a mediocre hotel and was very pleasantly surprised with the ParkCity. The room was wonderful. It was spacious and the bed was big and VERY comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and the neighbourhood is beautiful. The tube is nearby which made sightseeing all over London very simple. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were very impressed.
“Excellent London hotel”
We received excellent service from the moment of early check in at noon through to booking the great value transport to the airport. The hotel was clean and comfortable and although a little bit away from the key attractions of London was still close to tube stations. This hotel is excellent value for the rates charged and is whole heartedly recommended.
“Great hotel in London!”
The hotel exceeded our expectations!! The room was large by London standards. The concierge was extremely helpful.
“Probably the best-value small hotel in West london”
I have used this hotel on several occasions and still rate it the best small hotel in the area. Good size and very comfortable rooms, hi-speed Internet for less than other hotels charge, very helpful staff, extremely clean and well maintained throughout. Have never eaten at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. The room rates have increased during 2008 to market level and were a real bargain before. Thoroughly recommended by a frequent traveler to London.
“It's a great place to stay”
The room may be small, but it's extremely clean and lived up to the expectations we had when reading previous reviews. The location is good.
