“Tout le charme de l'Angleterre”
Hotel bien placé au centre de Londres. Reception curieusement située, à l'envers de Picadilly mais nous sommes en Angleterre !
“Great Location!”
The Park Lane is conveniently located near Buckingham Palace, Westminster, and Bond Street. Close to the Green Park Tube Station which makes it really easy to move around London. The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk could be friendlier, but I would stay at this hotel again when I return to London.
“Un très bon hôtel”
Nous avons eu aucun souci à l'hôtel le personnel était agréable et souriant, les chambres propres... Tout s'est trés bien passé! Idéal pour visiter Londres !!!!
“Wonderful”
The Park Lane Hotel in London is absolutely wonderful, would highly recommend anyone staying there. The front entrance of the hotel very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and helpful. We arrived earlier than check in, but were able to leave our luggage with them until our room was available. The hotel is conveniently located for shopping, underground access, and bus stops. At the back entrance of the hotel there are always cabs available should you need one. Exiting the back entrance of this hotel, a short walk, you will find many local pubs and places to eat. From a quaint deli were the cabbies love to eat, to a superb restaurant, Sofra's, highly recommend this one, awesome food, awesome service. With such a wonderful experience will staying in London, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
“Great Location in London”
Once you figure out your way around this hotel in the center of it all. Walking distance to all mayor points of Interest. The lounge area is one of the best . I found that their Internet service is over priced as well as their breakfast . Many places around to eat. The room was great the bathroom was large and with plenty of hot water. The shower pressure was outstanding.
“Best Concierge Services Ever”
The Park Lane Hotel was a wonderful location for the recent festivities attendant to the Royal Wedding. Just across Green Park from Buckingham Palace and within easy view of Westminster Abbey seen beyond the treetops. In addition to a comodious environment, the staff were superb, superb, superb! In particular, the Concierge Staff was amazing. Of particular note: Nigel and Thomas are wizards of refined, informed and insightful service. They made our week in London PERFECT in all ways. Additionally, even though Nigel in particular pointed us to several terrific, 5-star restuarants (a few even have Michelin stars) which were superb, one of our best meals turned out to be the Fish and Chips at the lovely bar in the Park Lane Hotel. Utterly Delicious! Altogether, we could not have asked for a better hotel experience in London!
“Wonderful stay”
Good location, friendly staff.
“Fabio is Fab, go to the Palm Court Restaurant”
Love this hotel, great size rooms, great location across from Green Park and Buckingham Palace, walk to Knightsbridge, Harrods, Piccadilly Circus, Leiscester Square, Covent Garden, the National Gallery. My room clean, spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, very important to me. Go to the Palm Court Restaurant for a bite to eat after sight seeing, open late, ask for Fabio, he's wonderful, a real gem. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in London. I was there by myself and felt safe at all times, as a woman, v. important. Thanks Park Lane...Carla
“Wedding reception and 4 night stay”
We stayed at your hotel for 4 nights while in london for a wedding. The reception was held at your hotel as well and it was terrific like our stay...
“Great Location”
The best part of this hotel is its location it the right across from Green Park. It is within walking distance to several attractions and the underground. The only complaint we would have is that our room was right across from a service elevator and the staff was not exactly respectful to the fact that people might be trying to sleep at 7 and 8 in the morning. But otherwise the service was great and the hotel staff is ready and willing to help in anyway they can.
