“A Great Value”
The room we had was the family room which was clean and cozy. Even though we were on a main road it was very quiet and we were able to get a good nights sleep. The only inconvenience was in the bathroom, since it had a sloped ceiling we did not have a shower to stand in although it had a hand held shower attachment in the tub.. The location was excellent since we were a short walk to the underground train and there were many good restaurants in the area. The price of the buffet breakfast that you can have at the hotel is a little pricey but it is served in a lovely garden room, cloth tablecloths, and a very good selection of fresh fruit, cold cereal, bacon, eggs cooked to order, a selection of muffins, bread. All in all the hotel is an excellent value and I definitely would stay there again or recommend it to a friend.

“Good hotel, nice location”
The location was nice, close to a underground station, close to small shops and a Subway restaurant. felt safe, we left our car in the open(free!) car park all week with no troubles. The room was clean and luckily on the first floor so we didn't have to deal with stairs. The rooms didn't have free wifi, but there was a computer in the lobby area that was free to use day or night that was conected to the internet so that was a bonus. Quiet, friendly, no problems to report.
“Perfect for access to London”
The hotel offered a friendly service. The staff were always cheerful and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and were checked on a daily basis. At the rear of the hotel there was a beautiful small garden which was ideal for myself as I'm a smoker and I had pleasant surroundings to enjoy my unsociable habit! The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the tube which is ideal for those trips into London and also not too far to walk at the end of a long day in the city after sightseeing and catching up with essential retail therapy! Also not far from the hotel is a variety of restaurants which offer different food from South African to good ol' fish and chips depending on what your budget will allow. East Putney itself has a good shopping centre. I would stay at the hotel again and am already planning my next trip and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good time in London without having to stay in the city.
“Amazing Hotel in East Putney!”
This is really quite a fantastic place to stay. Its in a very close and accessible location in relation to central London and connected via a tube station (East Putney) which is at walkable distance. Its in a nice but somewhat upscale residential neighbourhood. The hotel is decorated absolutely amazingly and in quite a very modern style. Me and my family stayed in the Wimbledon Suite which was just fabulous. The breakfasts also offered a lot of variety and the hotel staff were generally very friendly. All in all, I would highly recommend this place to everyone and I would definitely return here if I ever needed to stay in London again!
“Great hotel in great location”
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and we enjoyed the restaurants in the area, which were within walking distance. Would love to stay there again.
“Amazing Deal with excellent connections to central London”
Clean, comfortable, nice decor! Evening and night staff very helpful and go the extra mile. Daytime desk staff sulky and insolent if there is an issue. We had changed rooms to get a double bed rather than two twins - mix up with a bar bill from the room we took over that took the manager to sort out because of the day staff's unwillingness to help. Other than this one sour note - everything amazing. Definately will stay here again and have recommended to friends going over next Autumn Very easy to get to central London via the above ground train to Waterloo (rather than tube, trains go every few minutes and from Waterloo all access to London. Good pubs and restaurants short walk - safe neighborhood.
“Great hotel for a great price!”
I stayed with my family at this hotel for 4 nights, and it was just great. The family room was suprisingly large for European standards, and came with 4 separate twin beds, which was very nice not having to split beds with my siblings. Newer bathrooms that are kept very clean. It's situated in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood, but is a very short walk to the East Putney tube stop, with trains right to the action in central London. Only problem was the building is kinda old and the hallways creaked unbelievably loud no matter how quiet you try to be. So it gets a little annoying if you have a room by the stairs or near the lobby.
“Lovelly quiet hotel near to Putey Bridge”
Stayed at this hotel in March 2010- Room then was big and spacious also very quiet. This time stayed in August - Room this time was absolutely tiny. My Daughter was also staying in hotel - her room was downstairs in a corridoor - very hot and very noisy - next door had dog in room (2 nights) and it barked all night!! Hotel facilities are clean and tidy - staff are very accommodating - just very dissapointed in size and locations of rooms this time.
“Good hotel for a reasonable price”
Very nice staff. The hotel was nice -- a good value for the price -- and the room was clean. The surrounding neighborhood was good, and the hotel was near the East Putney tube stop. Overall, quite good.
