“1st impressions”
my only concern was the 1st room we had was so small, my husband could not get out of bed and walk to the bathroom, he had to scoot on his bottom around the bed to get up. honestly my closet at home is bigger than the room. I complianed and Steve who worked at the hotel, got us a bigger room that was absolutely wonderful. After ther 1st night it was perfect and the hotel has been upgraded and looks wonderful.
“Very Impressed”
I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. The service and facilities were excellent. I would definitely go back there. Great location and the hotel was like a 5 star.
“Exellent”
Exellent location.Great sauna/pool/gym.
“A Good Find!”
It is located in a great area. It has a terrific health club available to guests for a small fee. The room was small but very comfortable and much less expensive. Well worth it!
“Location, Location, Location !!!!!!!”
If this is your first time to London or a repeat visitor, and on a budget, this is the place. Even though room service was a convience, it was pricey. There is a food market within a 10 minute walk from the hotel and also several coffee shops. Also an internet cafe at Cafe Nero's down on High Kensington St, which is less expensive than the hotel internet access in the lobby. You are within walking distance to one of the royal parks, and also the Tube. Just a great location to be close to everything and not paying the price for location. Would have loved a small refrigerator in the room for fruit and water, other than that it was a wonderful experience. Plan on staying there again on my next visit !!
“Great Location & Value for Money”
This hotel is in a great location to visit London. Just two minutes from the tube station. Rooms are on the small size but very functional, modern and clean. Good bathroom. Staff is helpful both in reception and everywhere in the hotel. We did not use the restaurant or breakfast facilities because there are plenty of places around to cater for. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel and will use it again if travelling to London.
“Great location in a tiny space!”
The hotel is located one block from the Tube and three blocks from Royal Albert Hall. Kensingto Park is also right there. The staff is nice and the rooms are adequate. Location, location, location!!
“Good Things-Small Packages”
The hotel was well situated and appointed. The rooms were quite "cozy", meaning small, but well equipped. Of this we were forwarned by other reviews. Staff was helpful, prompt and attentive. We had a great deal and I would consider this hotel again, but hold the buffet breakfast and the regurgitating tub.
“typical European hotel”
Room was small, but comfortable and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would most certainly stay there again.
“Can't wait to go back”
Clean, great location and friendly staff,,
