Love this hotel, great location although if your taking public transit make sure your ready for a walk..... that aside the hotel is great. Staff know you by your name and on checking out, I was provided with complimentary coffee as I waited for my ride to arrive. This is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of London. Would recommend this for anyone on a business trip wanting to get away from it all or as a romantic retreat..... they are not kidding when they say its very discreet, I would recommend making plans ahead of time for dinner as the thai restaurant was always busy and so was the bar after 5pm. But that just allows you to see more and eat more in town. The bathroom was a great surprise, even bigger than bathrooms in 5 star hotels in North America.... that was a great surprise. A huge soaker tub was amazing after long walks around the city. So go for it you wont be disappointed!
