“Very nice place to relax”
It is very nice, friendly place to stay, The bed was very comfy and the cushins were extremely soft! The only downside was the fact that the swimming pool closed at 9PM - 11PM will be better
“Excellent Hotel close to Gatwick Airport”
This is a modestly sized hotel, recently renovated and developed to a very high standard. Whilst my room was rather small, it had everything that you would require for a short stay although, I would have my doubts for a longer stay.The furnishings and decoration are a high standard both in the room and the hotel generally. The diner, taken in one of the 2 hotel restaurants was excellent, if, along with the wine prices, a little on the expensive side. Only a short drive to Gatwick Airport, I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel for an overnight stay if you need a good hotel to stay after or prior to a flight.

“One of the best place's to stay near Gatwick”
Having stayed at numerous places around Gatwick for work, this is the best so far. Will be going back next week. Very clean, modern (newly refurbed) excellent spa and pool. What could be better? Rooms are not huge (standard ones), gym is good for a hotel but not as extensive as other gyms. Food was good - high dining at the Anise, but mean on the portions. But, without a doubt the best quality and value around, and 15 mins from the airport. Enjoy now before the decor fades!

one of the best hotels ive ever stayed in, so elegant. Gorgeous Reception area and rooms are to a very high stantard. I will definatly be going back soon.

Excellent facilities and quality. The rooms amd facilities were superb. The design and layout of the hotel was very impressive.I would definately visit again if i was in the area.
“Potentially excellent Spa Hotel”
This hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment. The majority of bedrooms have been finished to a high standard, very comfortable bed, individual air conditioning unit in each room and a fabulous shower. There was a mini bar in the room, but this was empty. The Bar was very nice indeed. A lovely atmosphere and calming environment. Lots of leather chairs, sofas and very pleasant staff. The pool in the spa area is not yet complete but is due to open shortly. When this is opened i'm sure it will be fantastic. The treatments in the spa seemed a little on the expensive side but coming from the country I guess most things seem expensive in London! The hotel seems to offer some good packages for example in July they are holding a Casino Royale evening.
“not for those with disabilities”
There are stairs eveywhere, no lifts or ramps to guest rooms. every time we returned to our room we had to go back to reception to have our room keys reprogrammed as they would not unlock the room door. Don't bother with Sunday buffet breakfast, food was under cooked.
“Gatwick stop-over hotel”
arrived at 0130 no lift but porter soon took cases up to room. if wheelchair access was reqired ?? room small especilly with two cases, but all we needed was bed which was very comfortable. full breakfast overpriced for what you get. location a bit far from gatwick airport. airport taxi twice the price of local
“Nice near Gatwick, out of the way”
Hotel is super quiet and close to Gatwick. A bit remote from London proper. If you are looking for something off the beaten path, it's quite nice, a step up from the run-of-the-mill standard chains. Bedrooms are quite tiny but bed is inviting and comfortable. Staff was very courteous. Even though walls are a bit thin, still my room was super peaceful. Special note, lots of stairs and no lifts, so not very wheelchair friendly.
