“Wonderful hotel!”

The Bentley is beautifully decorated with gold, jewel tones, chandeliers, and nice furniture. The room was huge for London standards and the spa bath was exactly what was needed after those long days of walking/sightseeing. Quiet room too..no noise from other rooms or the street. The Staff were nice and very helpful. Easy to get taxis to the theatre and other attractions if needed. Breakfast buffet was standard, but you could order hot food as well.. and was included in our package. The location was great...close to Gloucester Tube, museums, parks and restaurants. Great value. Will definitely stay again and recommend highly.

“Classy understated elegance”

An excellent hotel. Very polite and helpful staff, extremely clean and comfortable rooms and public areas, first class furnishings. Good location close to tube. we stayed just the one night in a Deluxe King room, would definitely recommend and return. Didn't use the restaurant except for breakfast, which I don't think I would bother with next time. Quality was fine, but poor buffet choice by International standards. Don't touch the minibar, prices were ludicrous, but sadly in common with most hotels. That said everything else was first rate.

I love everything about this hotel: the location is great, the rooms are wonderful (and I have stayed in several difffernt ones), the staff is lovely...I have nothing bad to say about this hotel AT ALL

“Loved the Bentley - great find”

My mom and I stayed at this hotel and loved it. Can't go wrong with a Waldorf Astoria Collection hotel, the staff were so professional and friendly, and the hotel was first rate in its room furnishings, Beds were very comfortable, even the bathroom was amazing - all marble w/ jacuzzi tub. TVs were on the small side, but you don't stay in this area to watch TV. There is a hotel in the lobby that is free to use. It is in a high rent area - Kensington and there are two very good pubs within a couple of blocks (one is the Stanhope Arms). It's also two blocks from tube (take Picadilly Line from Heathrow, drop off a couple blocks away) Also the hop on hop off bus stops in front of the tube station and it's worth the ride if you get the live commentary tour. There is also a great cafe a block away (towards tube) that serves speciality coffees with a croissants on the cheap. We loved this hotel - and stayed at its sister property in Versailles (Trianon Palace) -which was also breathtakingly beautiful. The tea service and spa in this hotel are both amazing and room service was good and reasonably priced.

“Bentley Hotel”

This was my second time staying at the lovely Bentley, and once again I walked out of there super happy. The staff made my stay wonderful, changed money for me, paid the cab and billed it to my room and were super friendly. I was treated like a queen :)

“wonderful boutique hotel in quiet setting”

I can't exclaim enough about this place. The service was great, the rooms large, a boutique establishment with only 65 rooms, remodeled and comfortable with all the latest ge-gaws. It is right near the Glucester tube station; it is also 1 1/2 blocks away from a private medical/dental clinic which I used in an emergency (tooth infection). I will CERTAINLY go back whenever I am in London again.

LOVED this hotel! The location had 2 metro stops within 2 blocks of the hotel! GREAT neighborhood with many nice restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself was elegant and comfy! A WINNER!!

“The perfect spot.”

We stayed a week and enjoyed the location in a peaceful upbeat neighborhood which has Tube access within a block, several traditional pubs and excellent diverse dining choices. We definitely will return to London and the Bentley.
