Wonderful place to stay that is conveniently located in the Westfield Stratford shopping mall. There are hundreds of restaurants and shops, so if you forget anything, simply walk over to Westfield and you can purchase anything you may need. Rooms are quite big and they are stocked with all the basic essentials. Sink, dishwasher, fridge, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. Overall great hotel, great location, great staff.

Broken aircon in my room
The aircon was broken and was only offered a replacement room on my last night of my 2-day stay at 2am - I was not even offered late checkout or any compensation! The issue was reported on my first night, but me and my family were so tired that we slept through the issue. I reported the issue again the following morning, but nothing was done and again at around 8pm. Nothing was done until I gave reception an ultimatum, either they fix the aircon immediately in the room or they give me another room. They checked my room at 2am; can you justify moving a 2-year old in the middle of the night!

Disappointing stay - Very poor night's sleep
We were booked into room 1101, one of 2 rooms tucked behind the lifts on a hot landing (laundry room located there). Initial thoughts were that this accessible room was clean and well appointed. What we hadn't expected however was being located directly below the Fitness Room. We were subjected to very loud and constant repetitive thudding of what I assume to be treadmills and the loud bangs of weights being dropped. We left in the evening to a concert and returned later, with the noise still continuing well Into the night as we were trying to get some sleep. To add insult to injury, we were rudely awoken before 7am with more of the same! It's fair to say we DID NOT have a good night's sleep. We mentioned this to the reception staff on checkout who were not remotely interested, so we left annoyed, tired and disappointed having had what should have been a celebratory weekend spoilt by a very poor night's sleep. The breakfast was the only saving grace of the stay with lovely staff and tasty plentiful choices.

Ever since I checked in, I faced issues. The front desk informed me the TVs don't work, offered a solution of switching the room after two days when there is availability if maintenance couldn't fix it on the day of checkin. So after a long day of traveling we couldn't rest properly until after the maintenance person arrived and left. It took about an extra hour for maintenance to say that he couldn't fix the TVs. Then there was a problem with the sink, it was so clogged up that it would take over 30 minutes to drain after using it for 5 minutes. It was disgusting seeing your spit float around in there for so long. We asked the front desk immediately to fix this since it was impossible to use the sink in this state. 2 days later no response, and I followed up about 3 times. Now I try to take them up on their offer of a different room since that's what they said to me, apparently now there's no availability and our sink still was not fixed. After pushing them they finally fixed the sink with a day left in my stay. This is not what I expected from a Hyatt. I feel like it was a waste of money. The shower had mold as well. This was a terrible experience pretty much my entire stay. This place seems disorganized, I wouldn't stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was impressively spacious, and the kitchenette, while small, proved to be sufficient for my needs. The bed was large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The unbeatable convenience of the location, with a shopping mall just steps away and easy access to the nearest tube station, was a major plus. However, there were a couple of downsides. Despite having a laundry room on-site, the absence of laundry powder was a bit inconvenient. Guests were left with the choice of either purchasing their own supply or washing clothes without any detergent. This led to some guests throwing unwashed clothes into the dryers, which was a less-than-ideal situation. It would greatly improve the experience if the hotel provided laundry supplies, either for free or at a price, to prevent this issue from recurring. Overall, despite this hiccup, I still had a positive experience and would recommend the hotel.

We booked an accessible room. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival. Short wait for the lifts but it is a busy place.

Excellent facilities. Staff friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was of a very high standard. Felt very safe and comfortable. Close to local amenities and transport links.
