“great location for heathrow airport flights”

We got an excellent deal on this hotel, and so it was a very comfortable stay before going to the airport for an early morning flight. Staff were courteous, the hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent accomodation. Easy access to Central London. A 5 UKpound bus trip takes you right into Central London.

“Third Stay - will return again”

Close to Heathrow, but I was not bothered by noise. The hotel was in the middle of adding a new traveler lounge in lobby area, but again, no noise. I stayed in a Club Room with a king size bed, tons of pillows, LCD TV (limited channels) and room darkening drapes. The Club Room offers you free breakfast, evening snacks, sodas 24/7 as well as full TV programming in the lounge area. Internet access is provided in lounge also, but only on their provided laptops (no wireless).

I thought the stay was great as well as the very helpful staff on board, it seemed as a very busy hotel people in the lobby everytime i went past. But it was a great stay! so many thanks again. keep up the good work.

Excelent palce to stay. The shuttle was not free, but if you walk 10 minutes you can take a free bus to the airport.

“Book a few days in advance ...”

...and you'll save a lot of dough. The hotel is terrific, close to Heathrow, but not too close, and, if you'd like a break between flights, there is a terrific 280-acre nature park within two blocks, with geese, swans and easy walking trails to amble through.

“Quiet and comfortable”

We stayed here for only one night, as our journey was taking us to the countryside. The room was very comfortable and very quiet. The exterior has the appearance of "old" and possibly rundown, but opposite is true once you enter the front doors! Several computers in the lobby make internet access convenient. We ate from the bar menu and were satisfied with the food and service. Not sure I would stay here if I was touring London; the access to the airport to catch the tube can be time consuming. One of the reasons we stayed here was because the Thrifty Car Rental is in the hotel lobby. Unfortunately, we were ill-advised as to free shuttle service from the Dollar/Thrifty shuttle car and paid the hotel hoppa fees instead.

“Great location for overnight layover”

We checked in late and were greeted by a very professional front desk staff. We were starving and the kitchen accomodated us even though they were to close within 5 minutes. We ate at the bar and the bartenders were friendly and entertaining. The room was very clean, modern and the bed was extremely comfortable. Check-out was very easy as well. Overall, a wonderful experience with the Sheraton and we would definitely stay with them again.

A great location next to the airport and very easy to get to. We never heard any airplanes, so it is quiet. We did not have the first problem with our stay. Everyone was friendly, and extremely helpful. Concierge was a big help when we needed to ask a question or get tickets for our tour to Windsor. The room was nice, no problems with anything.
