“Good hotel for the price, close to highway.”

“Pleasantly Surprised!”

After reading some of the other reviews of this hotel, I was a little bit worried about what kind of experience we would have. From the moment we walked in the door, however I realized that my worries were completely unfounded. The outside of the hotel may not be much to look at, but the lobby is welcoming, and the front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Our room was on the second floor (only two floors in the hotel) and included two comfortable double beds, sitting area, desk, tv microwave and mini fridge! The room was neat and clean, and contained everything that we required for our stay. Within minutes of entering the room, we also received a call from the front desk making sure that everything was to our liking, and checking to see whether there was anything else they could get us. The only negative comment I can make is that due to it's very southern location in London, a taxi ride to the John Labatt Center is costly - should have maybe driven our own car and paid for parking.. or found a hotel closer to the center of the city. Overall, a VERY good hotel for the money spent. Would definitely stay there again.

“Good for what we needed”

A couple of things needed repair, but nothing essential. Room and beds were comfortable. Good sized, heated swimming pool - lots of large windows. They just needed to replace a couple of ceiling bulbs there for night swimming.

“Our stay in London”

We enjoyed our stay at the Ramada in London.Checking in and out was a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Rate was reasonable. Would stay there again.

“Good Value - Convenient Location”

Only spent one night here. Convenient location next to Hwy 401. Clean and quiet.

“Recommended”

this is a slightly older low rise hotel set among many newer higher rise hotels. Everything was quite adequate. If you are on the second floor, I don't believe there is an elevator. Didn't use the pool, but it looked nice and large. No complaints

“Well priced and well located but needs updating”

This hotel is well located and very well priced but the rooms are tired looking and badly in need of renoation.

“Amazingly comfortable”

Easily spotted off the highway. Lovely location. The surroundings were kept beautifully. Walking into the hotel itself was lovely. The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was so helpful. Overall, very satisfied with the service and quality of the hotel.

“Good place for a stopover”

We stayed here on our way further east- just a one night stay. The hotel was clean and the staff (of one) was friendly. We checked in late (around 10 pm) and there was only one person on duty, so we couldn't get our roll-away bed until another person came in at 11. We headed to our room, and were using the microwave and making a pot of coffee at the same time and a fuse blew! The front desk again said we had to wait until 11 before someone could fix it! So, we had to sit IN THE DARK with no power in our room for an hour! Even so, the staff was very friendly and did get it fixed as soon as they could. I would stay here again.

“GOOD bang for the buck!!”

I am impressed with this hotel as its good value for the facilities and location it has. The banquet rooms and conference rooms have gr8 value too for the facilities.Lights inside the rooms have to be upgraded and improved .. Truly I hope to be coming back soon and staying at this place and will even refer friends to stay here.
