“General Review”
The hotel its location and staff were very good. The Hotel is only a short walk away (5/6 Minute) from one of the Docklands railway Stations, which gives you direct access to the London Underground Railway network. There was Coffee/Tea making facilities in the room which was very welcome. The car parking was ample and free to guests which is a very good point concidering the general costs and availabily of parking in central London.
“Amazing Hotel, For Short/Long Stays Brilliant ****”
I have stayed many hotels around the U.K but I must say this is got have been one of the most friendliness hotels I have stayed in. For they were very warm and welcoming on coming into the hotel. Also when going down for my evening meal, everybody who were in the dinnering hall were made to feel very special again. There was no rushing people to leave the dinnering hall. My room was fantastic I think I must have had the best view from outside my bedroom window. The hotel was very, very clean all the way through. For I went to another hotel for my training, and I could not believe how dirty it was every one who was on the training said things about the hotel being dirty and the staff were not always helpful. But I did say to the people who were on the training, maybe if they come and do the next training they should consider your hotel for they would be amazed to see such a beautiful and clean around hotel. I don't know what else to say only I hope when the next training is on, you will be able to accommodate me with a room, maybe the same room I had before.
“Amazing suite for the price.......”
Hotel was spot on. Kids loved it - food was good, staff friendly. Only downside was the distance you had to travel into London every day - but I know we couldn't have got better or closer for the money...... DLR is really efficient - make sure when you buy your Oyster Card (a must!) you include Zone 3. Really close to the O2 Arena - would highly recommend if you were going there for a concert......
“On the far east side but a good place to stay”
Although somewhat remote from central london, the DLR is fast and convenient with easy connections. there isn't much immediately in the vicinity of the hotel but if you get a good price, jump on it.
“CANT WAIT TO GO BACK”
MY WIFE AND I AND OUR LITTLE BOYS SPENT A NIGHT ON THE 9TH FLOOR OF THIS EXTRAORDINARY HOTEL AND EVERYTHING FROM THE RESTAURANT ALONG THE WALKWAY TO THE LIFT,THE VERY LARGE MIRROR BY THE LIFT AND THE FAMILY ROOM WE STAYED ON THE NIGHT FLOOR,THE INTERIOR DECO,BATHROOM AND VIEWS OF THE DOCKLANDS WAS SIMPLY OUT OF THIS WORLD.MY BOYS KEPT ON REFERRING TO THE ROOM AS HOME.JUST AWESOME
“Good”
Hotel was a little further out than I had expected and this was not overly clear to me when I booked it. It is actually round the back of the excel not in the nice development by the front! But the hotel was lovely - couldn't fault it and had a lovely room and a great view of the river. The area is still being developed and be wary of being RIGHT by the airport!
“I'd go again”
The hotel was new, clean and had everything I needed.
“Un très bon hôtel”
Je conseille cet établissement situé dans le quartier des Docklands de LONDRES. Il n'est pas situé au centre de la ville car il faut au mieux 30 minutes pour rejoindre le centre de LONDRES en métro. Mais les hôtels de ce niveau sont très chers dans le centre même de LONDRES.
“Great Value”
My husband, son (age 5) and I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Room was well equiped and comfortable. We had no problems with travel links into London. The walk along river to Royal Albert DLR was fun because of the view of City Airport. Took about 20 minutes to Tower Gateway and then we used buses to get round the rest of the city. All staff were extremely helpful, friendly and willling to help with any travel queries.
“Handy and Good Value for Stay in London”
We booked this hotel as we planned to attend the Tour of Britain Final leg practically next door to the hotel and combine this with a river cruise in central London the following day. It was easy enough and cheap enough to travel from here into Central London and was a lot cheaper than a similar standrad hotel in central london. Check in and check out was quick and efficient and the room was comfortable and clean. We were very happy with our stay.
