“BEST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN”
Hotel was ultra modern the only draw back for me was it was too far from the centre of London.
“Exceptional! You must stay here!”
This is definitely the place to stay in London! Canary Wharf is thriving as a business district and this hotel rocks! This hotel opened on 10SEP and we had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights at the end of September. The rooms are spacious and very modern. The bathroom has a large soaker tub (perfect for two!) and separate shower with rain type shower head. Business Centre is included in price of stay. Visit the Spa - the reception will give you a tour of the amenities and show what is included in your stay. All the staff were extremely pleasant! We would hands down stay here again in a heartbeat!
“Fantastic!”
We stayed in this hotel for my boyfriend's birthday and after a long journey to Canary Wharf this hotel looked impressive. We were able to check in a little earlier which was great and when we got up to our room it was lovely. The only problem was there was a strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom,even though every where was clean.We went down to reception and asked for a resolution before we came back. We also asked for information on lockers in victoria station so we wouldn't have to come all the way back to the hotel for our bags,and the very nice man said he'd see what he could do, and with that we left for the evening. When we returned we found we'd been moved-to one of the best rooms ive ever stayed in!It was huge with a massive bed with views over the river and millenium dome-spectacular!The bathroom was even better!With a tub looking out at the same view!They're was a note saying Happy Birthday and enjoy the upgrade and we could leave our cases at their sister hotel in Bond Street.Plus they even left a complimentary bottle of wine!Couldn't of asked for better service!
“Beautiful brand new hotel near London's Canary Wharf”
Beautifully designed hotel in an interesting location with a stunning view of the Millenium Dome. Very convenient for London's City Airport and financial districts at Canary Wharf. No nearby tourist spots and no restaurants in sight, but an easy ride into central London. Some loss of comfort because of high design, e.g., towels not in easy reach of shower, but bed is fantastic and the room is so lovely you'll forgive minor flaws. Great value!
“Excellent Hotel”
We found our stay at the hotel to be one of the best quality and most comfortable hotels we have stayed in, in recent years. The service was excellent and the finish to the hotel was of top quality. We would recommend this hotel as a stop over or long stay accommodation to anyone.
“very good hotel in middle of nowehere”
hotel so new that its not on the map - gps doesn't recognise it and taxi drivers don't know where it is - good view across the river though and this will change in time

Fantastic service, clean, spacious room. Excellent food. Easy access to Canary Wharf. Only down side was the overnight charge for parking - 25 quid ouch! Definately returning to this hotel.
“A great hotel within easy reach of the capitol.”
Although we did have a problem when arriving back, late at night after a show, to find the type of room we had booked was not available, the hotel management staff were first class in acknowledging our concerns and dealing with the situation professionally and efficiently the next day. Excellent Breakfast included. Great location (if initially difficult to find) although the DLR was not working on our weekend so we used the number 15 bus to and from Blackwall Station - the hotel is five mins walk from there.
