“Emplacement parfait pour le West end et les théâtres : sur Leicester Square”
J'ai fait beaucoup d'hôtels à Londres, celui-ci est un très bon rapport qualité/prix/emplacement. Salle de bains un peu petite. J'y retournerai.
“superbe”
superbe hôtel , superbe quartier ...
“Incredible Location”
It was a wonderful experience and hotel! The location of the hotel could not have been better - if you want to be centrally located to the major points of interest. With an underground stop around the corner, you're close to everything not in walking distance! The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. I will definitely stay there again!
“Stylish and Modern, excellent location!”
I was very surprised that this hotel was so clean, modern, and artfully stylish, right in the center of London's theatre district. Most hotels I've stayed in, especially for that price, have been old, dusty, and just worn out. This hotel was new, fresh, comfortable... A breath of fresh air, really. Of course the room is very small, as are most hotel rooms in the UK, but, the decor, friendliness of the staff, and location more then made of for that. Highly recommended!!
“Absolutely First Class”
The location is perfect. Easy walking distance to shopping, Opera and all theatre, British Museum, Westminster. My only hesitation beforehand was that it might be too noisy. WRONG! From the moment of our arrival the service was impeccable. Our room was beautiful. Everything was updated, clean, colorful and pleasant. We felt very secure. Our bathroom was the largest I have ever seen in Europe. Our room faced the TKTS booth only one floor up. Nevertheless, "when the coyotes started howling" around the square at night, our room was soundproof and quiet. The Icelandic volcano eruption occurred during our stay and we ended up cancelling the rest of our itinerary in Europe and staying here for a week longer than expected. Once we were beyond our Expedia booking things got expensive, to be sure, but the hotel was very flexible with our changes. When I got home and realized, days later, that there were some small errors in our bill, the hotel fixed the problem quickly and without question. During our stay the wi-fi access saved our bacon as we dealt with constant changes in plans. I felt we were treated like family at a time when itineraries were interrupted and travelling was chaotic. The restaurant staff, front desk, concierge . . . everyone took the time to know our name and remember what we wanted. I really cannot recall being treated this well at any of a number of more expensive resorts and hotels in the US and elsewhere. We will go out of our way to stay here again.
“Comfort in Leicester Square”
I stayed for one very noisy Saturday night at the Hampshire in Leicester Square, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how quiet my room was considering the late night party atmosphere in the square. The hotel staff were superb, really helpful and my room was immaculately clean and really comfortable. I didn't bother with the 19pound breakfast though!!! I will definitely stay there again as it is so convenient for the West end and shopping
“Greatly Improved Hotel in Excellent Location”
A much improved hotel over the past few years and a terrific central London location on Leicester Square, which has improved dramatically in the past ten years. Deluxe rooms very spacious by London standards. Newly renovated indoor/outdoor restaurant and bar area an inviting, relaxing spot to dine and/or drink. Very friendly and helpful staff.
“Un superbe hôtel au coeur de Londres”
Rien à dire, c'est parfait...
“Great hotelnand awesome location”
