“Nice Hotel, Great Staff.”
I was very happy, although the room was small, in old hotels they usually are, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
“Great Location”
Hotel is clean, nice personnel, on a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the Paddington tube station. I would recommend it and would defintely go back.
“A comfortable home away from home”
What a wonderful treat to have stayed in this lovely, quaint, beautifully appointed and well-located gem. Serene surroundings in the park across the street but with good restaurants, the tube, theatre tickets and other amenities just around the block. The staff were efficient and very helpful in dealing with requests. I certainly give high marks to this hotel as a great place to stay in London. We felt safe and secure walking around at night and while in our room. It was not difficult to answer five to all questions. I will look forward to staying there when I visit London again.
“Great Place to Sleep with Great Garden and Location”
Hotel was a great affordable hotel in the Paddington neighborhood with many restaurants and easy access to the Tube, Heathrow Express, and the tour bus. Room was clean and staff was very accomodating. The best part was its location on a small square with a beautiful city park for the residents of the street.

“Jan 29th Stay”
My friend & I arrived at 10:30am. Room wasn't ready, but they checked in our bags. We went to grab lunch and came back. They allowed us to check in 90 mins early. Staff was helpful & always greeting us. Housekeeping tended to our rooms twice a day (like on a cruise). The room (1 double bed) was spacious with all the amenities (TV, soap, coffee, etc.) we needed. We didn't eat breakfast there. They have a bar where we got soft drinks from. The hotel has losts of brochures for tourists to see the attractions. Paddington Station was about a 4 or 5 min walk. Very convenient to the tube and other restaurants - pubs / banks / markets - all 3 or 4 min walk away. Would definitely stay here again.
“Recommended”
As far as location goes you cant beat this hotel, easy access to tubes, Heathrow Express and the legendary open top buses. Plenty of places to eat in the area too. Its not high in the comfort factor, we had an extra bed in the room for our son so it wasnt spacious. However, as far as London prices go it was a great find. It was clean and the staff were very friendly (especially Marco in the bar). I would recommend it to anyone - and indeed have already

Great hotel if it is not to hot outside and at night, rooms small but very clean and well groomed, great location for tourist. It is close to Pattington Rail and Substation. Rate were good.
“Great Location”
We decided to go to this hotel based on the reviews I have read from others on the internet. I was not dissapointed at all. If you come into London or any European country with the understanding that all hotel rooms are small compared to those in the states....you'll do just fine. PROS: (1)Great location - Walking distance from the Paddington Station. We came in through Heathrow Int Airport and took the Heathrow Express (nonstop railway link from Heathrow to Paddington Station). It was really walking distance to the hotel (10 minutes tops). If you have a lot of luggage, get a Taxi..otherwise, just hoof it. (2) Near restaurants and fast food chains. (3) Quiet area..away from the hussle and bussle of tourists. (4) Basic toiletries and groceries within walking distance. Paddington station has just about everything...drug store, restaurants, fast food chains, grocery store, etc. (5) There are also a lot of restuarants, fast food (Burger King, KFC, McDo) and 7-11 type stores closer to the hotel. (6) Transportation - The "underground" (subway)is in Paddington, there are Taxis there and also very close to the bus routes as well. You can't go wrong. CONS: (1) Squeeky floors - Small annoyance. (2) Slow internet connection but at least there is connectivity. (3) Hot breakfast cost a few extra pounds - The Continental breakfast is free (cereal, fruit, breads, cold-cuts, juice) but eggs, bacon, sausages etc will cost more. We were perfectly satisfied with their free breakfast.
“Great location, helpful staff”
We arrived to find that due to an electrical problem we were being sent to another hotel. After moving to the other hotel and finding that it was not satisfactory, the Quality Hotel, worked with us to eventually bring us back and make some adjustments to a double room for the 3 of us. We were more than satisfied after having been shown 3 shoddy rooms at the substitute hotel. Breakfast was good, the staff pleasant and accomodating, the room was comfortable. We would stay there again.
