“Good Hotel”
The hotel is new and in a terrific location for easy transport and just a short bus ride from STRATFORD and westfield big shopping area. ALSO close to olympic arenas. The staff were terriffic, very helpful and its refreshing to be in a boutique hotel where staff know you and are happy to help with any sort of questions and to help find solutions for 'travellers problems'. Happy to recommend....Nick and Nina
“Real Good!”
New and neat hotel, amazing staff, good food, good room. Everything was all good!
“Disappointed!!!!!!!”
The hotel itself was very nice but in the wrong location......on a main road next to a kebab shop.....where there were loads of youngsters till early hours of the morning. The blurb on the hotel said that the rooms were soundproofed....rubbish, you could hear the people in the room next door and upstairs having a wee etc. Not soundproofed one little bit. The room was tiny and we were next to the kitchen and so were woken up about 6.00 on Sunday morning by the clattering and shouting coming from the said kitchen. The man who was on duty on our arrival Saturday afternoon was absolutely brilliant and totally wasted in a tinpot hotel like the Regent. Will definitely NOT be staying there ever again and will not recommend it to anyone unless they totally want to waste their money.
“3/4 star Hotel???”
Welcome to the 'hotel' was dreadful and I was shown to a room on the ground floor which have a glass wall to the street. There was no room for even a wardrobe besides the bed. One small window was the only ventilation in the room which had to be closed due to the noise and safety concerns from the street. Turning on the shower caused a flood on the floor due to the drain cover being screwed too tight and my early wake call at 1.05am was two guys hitting each other up against the glass wall of my room. The convenience store next door drew continuous noise throughout the night. Cost was over the top for the facilities provided and I will not be returning to the establishment.
