“great location; great space”
The hotel is an 8 minute walk to Oxford Street and the Bond Street Station. The surrounding neighborhood is nice with a street full of restaurants nearby as well as beautiful garden squares and a terrific museum. A convenient grocery store is right next door. The apartment was roomy, clean and comfortable and the kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed. The hotel service was very helpful. I'd go back there. It's a convenient base for exploring London.
“We would go back again”
Other than the later-than-expected check in, we were very happy with this hotel. It is an apartment hotel, so there is not a lot of service required, but when we had a problem with our computer, the manager (Mohssen) was kind enough to provide a loaner until we could get our problem fixed! That's good service! The only real complaint I could make is that there were no instructions for the washer/dryer provided in the apartment. Since we were only there for 3 days, we didn't pursue the matter. Other than that very minor issue, we would recommend it to anyone who asked.

“LOCATION & CONVENIENCE.”
In the heart of London within easy walking distance to Oxford Street . Tesco (a supermarket) on the ground floor open from 6am till 11pm. We stayed in a studio facing George Street.Heating &airconditioning available. A good sized room with toilet/bath.Cleaned everyday of the week except Sundays. The kitchen area is equipped with hob,oven fridge,microwave and a washing machine.Cutlery etc. all provided.Friendly , helpful & courties staff. If only there was a power shower.Saw a one bedroomed apartment . Fairly large. Lots of good restaurants nearby. WILL DEFINITELY RETURN
“Bien situé mais propreté à désirer”
Cet hotel est bien situé, les chambres sont spacieuses mais l'état général de l'appartement pourrait être plus propre. Mes enfants dormaient dans un canapé lit complètement défoncé dont la propreté laissait vraiment à désirer.
