“Great hotel for quick heathrow stopovers”
We stayed at the Premier Inn (Bath Road), Heathrow Airport twice -inbound and outbound on a trip home from Australia. We were very impressed with the fussfree streamlined booking in and friendly front desk service, our room was comfortable, quiet and clean and the special deals for dinner and breakfast made it an affordable alternative to driving through the night after/before a long flight. The food was good, restaurent service friendly and low key and my only niggle was the need for more tea bags in our room - two is not enough for dedicated tea drinkers like me! Highly recommend.
“A convenient airport hotel at a bargain price...”
This hotel was surprisingly comfortable given the price. It is really a good value. Just understand that, while this is a great hotel for businessmen or people in trainsit, this is not a convenient hotel for the tourist because of location. It is much farther from the sights and shopping of London then a tourist would want, but it is one of the best places I have seen for a traveler in brief transit or a businessman who needs to be near the airport. Staff at this airport is very attentive and the facilities are great. The lobby area boasts several small bars and cafes that are open until 0100. The hotel restaurant is good, although breakfast is a little overpriced (surprising, given the value of the rest of the hotel, but this is probably in line with the typical restaurant breakfast in the area). Overall, this is a very nice hotel that I would stay in again if I were doing an overnight transit through Heathrow, or needed to be near the airport for an early departing flight.
“:o)”
They were extremely nice and helpful. The bed was so comfortable.
“Excellent value for money!”
excellent value for reasonably small amount of money in Heathrow area, should you need a good sleep after long flight:) A real 3-star hotel for good price (for London), expecially for families with kids.
“Your typical hotel by the airport”
This is your typical hotel by the airport. The bus to the airport leaves right in front of the hotel, takes about 15 mins. The restaurant food was great and prices were lower compared to London.
“Premier, relatively low cost and good value....”
The hotel is fine. Rather a mass operation, but it does the job very adequately if you are camping at Heathrow. I was told at check-in that the policy is "satisfaction or your money back," but there was no need at all. Check the Hotel Hoppa bus stand fine-print on the numbered bus-stop poles to find out which bus you need for which hotel. The trip back to the airport is much shorter than the trip out.
“Canadian abroad”
The Hotel is well located for access from the M4 and also for the car rental companies. The room was comfortable and a good size, with coffee maker and hairdryer. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and found both meals good. The room rate was very competitive. We will definitely consider a return visit.
“Close to Heathrow”
I selected this hotel to be close to Heathrow and public transportation into central London. Has nice eating options, staff very friendly, spacious room and bathroom.
“Convenient and affordable without compromising service”
An excellent hotel. It is very clean and well maintained. There are very good dining services and a comfortable bar area. A Costa coffee shop tops the food and beverage area off. It is very convenient to Heathrow airport with a shuttle service that runs frequently. The local area is what it is, bordering Houndslow in the airport area. There are local buses that take you to Houndslow West Tube Station (3 or four miles from the hotel) for easy access to London. This was my second trip to this Premier Inn and if there is anything you are not statified with they refund your stay without question, though I have never had to take them up on that offer. Great hotel for a good price.
“You calim to be busiens freiendly, but no one could cal your "hotel" number from the US”
You claim to be business friendly, but I could not receive incoming calls from overseas. (US and south Africa). The special number you use that charges 10p per minute is like an 800 number can not be called from overseas. I asked your staff for an alternative number, they told me they could not help. I will not use this hotel again for this reason.
