“Very Good & Brand New”
Very good hotel and very close to London Heathrow & Terminal 5
“Premier Inn Terminal 5”
The hotel was really busy as many paasengers whose flights had been cancelled had been bussed to this hotel. As we had a confirmed booking we were allowed to check-in immediatley. Despite the crisis the staff dealt with everyone speedily and efficiently. The bar staff and kitchen coped really well. We were very impressed and would certainly recommend this hotel. However, make sure you tell the taxi driver to take you to Premier Inn Terminal 5 as there are 2 Premier Inns at Heathrow and we were off at the wrong one!
“Great hotel, make sure you know which one is yours”
There are two Premier Inns at Heathrow and both have addresses on Bath Rd (this one's official address is 420 Bath Rd). Either are nice, but different Hoppa buses serve them. Note: from Heathrow, take Hoppa Bus H58 for this property and H56 for the other one. The cost is 7 pounds return (round-trip) if you purchase tickets at the National Express desk located just after clearing Customs at Heathrow. (Don't worry about booking any particular times for the bus, the ticket is good both directions at whenever time you want to use it.) Okay, for the hotel itself...brand spanking new, nice and clean as can be in every way. Ask for the "Meal Deal" and get a 3-course dinner with a drink, plus breakfast buffet for 22 pounds. Amenities include nice TV, climate controlled room, desk, FREE wi-fi for 30 minutes, or 24-hour wi-fi for 3 pounds. How nice is that and why doesn't everyone offer such reasonable service? To print a document, e-mail it to the front desk and they'll print it for you. Instant coffee/tea in room with nice mugs, m-m-m-m. Quiet, so quiet you can't hear anything outside including jets. Located across the street from Thistle Hotel, next to a McDonald's and MiniMart/petrol station, and about 1/2 mile walk to a nice pub (White Horse) located further down Shepiston Lane.

“Great airport hotel”
This is a brand new hotel and was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again -- there's a free bus (423) that stops right in front of the hotel and goes to Terminal 5. This was great value and will stay at this hotel every time I need a Heathrow Airport Hotel.
“Rachaels Premier Review”
Warm and friendly atmosphere , cheerful staff -nothing to much trouble. A delight to stay here and will do so again in the future.
