The location of the hotel is great. The room was clean but the double bed rooms were too small.

Wonderful accommodations and beautiful views

Posted 24-Oct-2014
This was the perfect choice for me. I had to be at a meeting south of London but also wanted to enjoy central London's sights. This hotel was very convenient to both - located minutes from Big Ben, London Eye, Westminster, and all the sites along the south bank. I walked everywhere from my hotel, including the theater district and covent gardens which were both directly north across the river. The staff was lovely and the room was amazing with grand views of the London eye and big ben. Super quiet at night - perfect for me who usually needs white noise makers and ear plugs when sleeping in hotels. I didn't need either of those here and had long comfortable nights' sleeps every night! The one feature that is less than ideal is that it is situated on a busy, non-descript, corner with a very urban feel to it. Lots of buses sitting out front and taxis driving by - not like more quaint neighborhoods in other parts of London. However, it is not far to get to such places and this hotel offers more of the modern and updated amenities than are available in most of the older more B&B style places. I highly recommend it!

Great experience

Posted 21-Oct-2014
We had a great time in London and this hotel was central to all of that. It's close to most attractions and easily accessible to the tube. The breakfast was worth the money - very good selection. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would have liked to be able to check in early or at least been invited to wait somewhere but there isn't really a lobby or lounging area in the hotel unless you are eating/drinking at the bar. But overall a great stay and enjoyable experience.

Great hotel in a great location. Staff is great and facilities are excellent. There are many restaurants nearby and the London Eye and Houses of Parliament Big Ben, etc are 2 blocks away.

Great hotel, friendly staff, beautiful room. Slight queue for breakfast in the morning around peak time but worth the wait. Will be staying again

Wedding anniversary

Posted 28-Sep-2014
Me & my wife stayed for our 1year anniversary. The hotel staff upgraded us 2 a studio, complimentary wine and rose petals on arrival. Couldn't have asked for better service or staff. 10/10.

One night stop-over

Posted 25-Sep-2014
Pros: They studio room and the friendly staff.
Cons: Solid doors on the bathroom but that's personal preference only
Location: We had a lovely walk along the South Bank to the Globe theatre. The London Eye is maybe 5 minutes round the corner as is the London Aquarium.
We were just in London for a one night theatre trip. We booked a studio room and it was superb. I would probably have chosen not to have an opaque glass bathroom door but as it doesn't face either the bedroom or the living area it's not a real problem. Would definitely go back. Although on our own this time, the studio style room would work really well to take our son too.
