Nice clean bright hotelPosted 1-Mar-2014
This is a great hotel if you don't mind heights but I do, I was on the 9th floor and big drop over the balcony meant I wasn't entirely relaxed, although I know this is only me. Bar area very cold so went out for dinner, nice hotel very smart and staff lovely though. I won't stay again but would urge others to if you have a head for heights!

High-end family hotel near South BankPosted 23-Feb-2014
Hotel delivered everything we wanted, with smiles and excellent service throughout. We asked for a special view, and were given one. The room was very well equipped, clean and stylish. Good value too, all things considered. Thank you.

Nice hotel close to WaterlooPosted 23-Feb-2014
Lovely room, large bed, a little warm but in good condition. Friendly and helpful staff. Great for leaving bags for the day and then picking them up on way back to train. Great hotel.

Very nice, central and easy to get to.Posted 22-Feb-2014
We had a fantastic time at the park plaza county hall. Staff were friendly, apart from one lady who took an attitude with us! It's very central, room view is amazing if you are up high. We were 7th floor. Food is nice. The room was in good condition and the tea, coffee milk etc gets toped up daily. I would recommend this hotel, friendly for families too.

Great locationPosted 19-Feb-2014
Cons: Breakfast queues!
Location: Right beside London Eye & also Big Ben/Westminster. Within walking distance of Trafalgar Sq & Covent Garden.
Great location but the queue for breakfast can be off putting. I didn't really rate the Italian restaurant in the hotel either but apart from that it was a great stay,

Great place to StayPosted 10-Feb-2014
Pros: Everything, everytime - very high consistent service.
Cons: Struggle with this but probably more lifts?
Location: Embankment, historical monuments, great shopping at Covent Garden and 10 min walk from the West end theatres. Oh and Thames tours ! great!
We use this hotel everytime we travel to London to watch a show. It is in a great location with clean and modern facilities. We love it here. The staff are super, the view stunning and the prices reasonable. Love it!

room with a view??Posted 10-Feb-2014
Cons: if a room has no view = drop the price. after payingt £175 per night the premier inn next door would've been a better, cheaper choice
Location: couple of minutes walk to London eye next to London dungeons + next the sealife aquarium a fab days sightseeing all in one place
studio apartment overlooking the city....rooms looking at trainline.. too warm too sleep properly felt like being in a sauna even with the airconditioning on as far as it could go. no complimentary biscuits . not much room in bar arrived late and restaurant not taking bookinds even though they were supposed to be open till 10.30 ate in bar at the bar as not enough seating. staff friendly though

We stayed here for one night and found it to be very good. The staff were very friendly, the rooms large and clean. Also I requested a view of the London Eye and Big Ben which the hotel did. It's in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from Waterloo station. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
