“Wonderful local experience”
This hotel is central to London Mayfair area, but much more affordable than the larger hotels. Tea service was provided in our room. We rested in the lobby lounge with a glass of champagne after a day of sight seeing. The staff was responsive, helpful, and pleasant. Very charming small hotel - a hidden gem.
“Great little hotel in fantastic location”
I thought this was a great hotel with a lot of character. It was an easy location close to tourist spots, Hyde Park and tube access. I would stay here again.
“Very impressed for the size”
Small room but excellent service on all points. Within easy walking distance of some great parks, restaurants, other sites.
“I will return”
I wanetd to make sure I found a clean, safe room; at the Park Lane Mews I got that, and so much more. The staff were helpful - called a taxi for me for the evening and for the airport the next morning. I was comfortable - the room was a single, and it was small, but extremely roomy with space for my luggage and me. I felt safe in the locale of London where it's so close to bustling nightlife. I have told others about it and I will return for a stay when I'm back in London.
“Would try to stay there on next trip”
Wonderful location close to underground surrounded by lovely restaurants - great area to be in. Very quiet - a block off busy Park Lane. Nice staff very gracious.
“Very comfortable and hospitable hotel”
Second visit to this hotel. Staff extremely professonal and helpful. Room was a bit small but very comfortable appointments including bed. Very nice lobby bar and in hotel breakfast. Great location in Mayfair.
“Good place to stay”
Temperatures were in the 90's - and air conditioning was broken. We were provided with a fan that was slightly helpful. Location near Shepard's Bush made eating choices easy - lots of places served breakfast for a reasonable price. Staff was very helpful in planning day trips on our own and booking other trips away from London.
“Excellent !”
Excellent service, nice rooms.
“five star service”
It was my first time at this hotel but hopefully nt my last. I was upgraded to an ampartment. I would not call it luxurious (due to the bed room small bed and no storage) but it was a great space with excellent bath and kichen . It was an amazing feel to have a Park Lane appartment. Also across the road is an extremly good Italian restraurant wilth the most reasonable prices I have encounted in London. There is no parking but there are parking lots within a 5 min walk. The staff we very courteous, discreet and friendly.
“London expedition”
Nothing was too much trouble, had a great stay, staff were great
