“Paradise!!”
Park Inn Heathrow is ideal if you need to be close to the airport. Keep in mind it is a full 45 minute trip on the metro to get to downtown London and hot attractions. It served perfectly for us as a last day stop prior to returning home after a long trip. It is definitely a high end hotel and it was a great treat. Huge rooms with elegant touches that I suspect cater well to the business sector. Quad room was comfortable for two couples. Book early to save money. Take the city bus for free as a shuttle from the metro to the hotel or take the convenient Hotel Hopper bus system at an affordable option as a single. Friendly and professional.
“Nice for a Convenient Place to Stay”
This hotel served our needs of being convenient to the airport. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant. Restaurant had only a small selection of food available for in-restaurant dining. Funny thing is when we got up to the room, we seen the room service menu had more items than were available in the restaurant.
“Very service oriented”
The concierge and other staff were very helpful. I was pleased with the value of the room and the hotel amenities, but was somewhat surprised by the cost of the full breakfast (the cost of breakfast was almost as much as the room for a family of four). I didn't have anything to compare this against as other places I stayed included the cost of breakfast (or in the case of the timeshare - we prepared our own breakfast).
“Convenience and Proximity to Heathrow”
Great hotel. Nice, modern, clean, good layout, mellow modern decor, informed helpful staff. I would have liked a pool but it was fine without, the bathtub in the room was fine. I would stay there again.
“Excellent rooms and facilities, but food is overpriced.”
We stayed at the Park Inn for one night prior to our flight out of Heathrow and found the rooms to be very clean, comfortable, and well furnished. The hotel facilities such as the gym and pool were also very nice. The only drawback I found was that the hotel restaurant prices were very high, particularly the dinner buffet, which was the only choice offered to us.
“Excellent Service”
We stayed 2 nights late June 2006 and were very comfortable. The room was very clean, large enough to two sets of suitcases, beds were very comfortable. The dining room had a very good selection of good food and the bar service was very personal. We had tastes of drinks to choose from. We would definitely stay there again if we travel to London Heathrow.
“Great place to stay for Heathrow Flyers”
With car rental agencies only 5 minutes away and all terminals fairly close this makes Park Inn a very convenient place to stay for the last night of a trip. Buffet is good value if you have a healthy appetite.
“Great overnight stay”
We arrived late in the evening after a long flight for an overnight stay before a further long flight the following day. The receptionist was efficient and helpful in getting us registered and into our room with minimal delay. The concierge helped greatly as we struggled with our luggage on the Hoppa bus. A great restful overnight stay.
“Excellent hotel for Heathrow layover”
I booked the Park Inn Heathrow because I had an overnight layover at Heathrow, it;s right next to the airport, and it was very affordable. The room was very clean, very comfortable and stylish. Breakfast was not included in my room rate because I booked on expedia. I bought breakfast - at London prices. The Continental breakfast was decent enough, but the scrambled eggs weren't very good.
“Park Inn - Heathrow”
The stay was entirely pleasant. The receptionist was courteous as was the staff. The room and the amenities were clean and comfortable. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and I would recommend the hotel to others,
