“Tiny but an awesome London experience!”
This Hotel was clean with extremely friendly staff!!! The room was sooo small but it made the experience that much more fun. We weren't in the room much so it didn't matter really. Heads up though....there are 2 Oxford Hotels about 3 homes away from each other...one is rooms only and the other one has the reception area...make sure you find the right one!!! It took us 2 minutes to walk to the underground and there is an internet cafe 2 minutes away for really cheap!! Definitely worth the money and I would stay there again.
“Good quality and a fair price”
I have stayed at many hotels in the Earls Court area, and this hotel by far has been the cleanest for the price. I felt safe at the hotel too. The included continental breakfast wasn't anything special besides bread and butter. Overall the hotel is one of the better ones in the neighborhood for the price and quality. I would stay here again.
“Would stay there again”
We arrived at the hotel before our room was ready and were able to store our luggage in a secure room. The staff was extremely helpful with maps and information. We stayed in a basement room with four single beds. We found the hotel to be conveniently located near the Earls Court tube station. The room was very clean but cramped. The breakfast is not worth the time or effort. The breakfast room is very small and it is difficult for two people to pass. Breakfast consists of bread, cereal, room temperature milk, room temperature orange juice, and coffee. If you can't find a seat in the breakfast room, carryout is not an option. There's a restaurant on Earls Court that serves a proper English breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel for people who don't require alot of amenities. It is a clean, reasonably priced, basic room to stay in while enjoying the sights of London, and we will most likely stay there on our next visit.
“Oxford Hotel Earl's Court Londres proche station "earls court"”
Hôtel calme et personnel très agréable. Pour le reste on retrouve le "charme" de hostellerie Londonienne.. A bon entendeur.
“Great Stay in London”
Fabio at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful to us (two ladies) right from the start. Yes, the rooms are small, but they are clean and comfortable and the hotel is so very close to the Earl's Court tube stop and lots of great, affordable restaurants. We walked everywhere and the location was just perfect. A light breakfast is available until 9:30am and the coffee was a great start to the day. Would definitely stay there again.
“We highly recommend this hotel!”
We are a young Australian couple in our mid twenties. We wanted to avoid hostels but also find accommodation that was good value for money...The Oxford Hotel ticked all of our boxes. Great location, safe area with great eateries nearby, transport 2 minutes away, clean rooms. Although the rooms are small & breakfast is basic, if you're looking for a value for money stay that is clean & convenient this is it. All of the staff were very helpful especially Fabio who helped us to decide where to go each day!
“Great location”
Excellent location, just a couple of minutes walk from Earl's Court underground, which gets you directly into central London in about 15minutes. Earl's Court itself is a decent enough place to use as a base for West and Central London. Though the hotel is split into two buildings, one without a reception, they are on the same street and have 24hour security and buzzer/keycard entry. On the whole, quite safe. The room was clean, had a TV, fridge, ensuite shower/toilet and kettle. The amount of towels, tea/coffee and soaps were more than enough. The room was small, the toilet very close to the bed, however this is a minor gripe. For value for money, the place could not be faulted.
“surprisingly good”
We booked this hotel last minute and chose it because of, both the location and the price. The hotel is in a quiet street, close to Earls Court and also to the tube. The outside of the hotel was very clean, as was the lobby and the lift. We were greeted by the receptionist in a friendly manner and allocated our room quickly. The room was small, but very clean as was the bathroom. There were no musty smells and the bed linen was fresh and sparkling white. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept very well. The breakfast rooms were again very clean and plenty of tables and chairs. The system for getting you breakfast was a bit hap hazzard, The items were put out on a shelf and you had to help yourself, so there were quite a few people trying to get their food at the same time causing a few problems. The food available was limited, one choice of cereal, bread for toast, sliced cheese, and boiled eggs. There was also tea coffee and orange juice. I was OK as I liked what was on offer, but it may not be for a pickier eater. All the staff I encountered were friendly and seemed very efficient. Checking out was a very easy process. I would only have a concern with the room, if I was spending much time in it as it was very small, But apart from that, we were both very pleased with the overall hotel experience. if we are wanting to stay in this area again, we will definately use the Oxford again.
“Decent Room, Reasonable Price”
I found this hotel to be a good "no frills" hotel at a reasonable price for a London hotel.
“Nice & Good Service Quality”
This hotel was good service quality especially there staff. Location is perfectly for who want to travel through London by undeground. But...have to improve in room cleanliness.
