“no elevators... be careful what foor above second.”

no elevator and I was on the 4th floor... 5th by USA count. otherwise a decent and clean hotel. They did charge 10 sterling for 24 hour wifi... not expected.

“Bring your own heater.”

For the price, this is a small, no frills hotel in London. Small very clean room in a good, safe location but no heat what so ever made the overnight stay very uncomfortable. I was able to get another comforter but I will think twice about staying at a "bargain rate" hotel.

“Does not match internet description, and has not been opulent for several years”

We stayed at the Opulence at the end of a months holiday in Europe and were very disappointed. The bed was made up with linen that did not fit the bed, the room was dusty and drab and tv chanels inadequate. The bathroom was not clean and the shower was tiny, with a blast of cold water required before the hot water came through. The hotel does not at all match the description on the internet and is overpriced for the amenity provided. One day the room was not cleaned until after 4pm following a complaint from us on our return to our room. The final shortcoming was the charge of 10 pounds for 24 hour wifi access. I strongly suggest you change the internet description to be more accurate.

“this is not 4 star !!!!”

i wish i had read the reviews about this hotel before i booked!!!!! i think they should either change the name of the hotel or look it up for what it means!!! i would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!! dont have breakfast there!!!!!! if you do stay take your own tea and coffee as it is not supplied, a kettle and cups are, there is no mini bar only an empty fridge!! good luck if you do stay there!!!
