You are acting in bad faith, writing intentional untruths with false information and abusing the review system in a transparent attempt to get a refund. *I personally looked over the room before you arrived and I know you've written total untruths here: the room was not dusty at all; there were plenty of toiletries including hand soap in the sink; shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower (it's all still in there!); the bathroom was absolutely clean; the bedding was not at all dusty and there were no bug wings on any of the bedding - I saw the linen myself before you arrived.*Your transparency is seen in your mention of the price paid and request for the refund. We priced ourselves entirely in the line with the market and the demand was very high that night, so prices went up everywhere.Blame market forces if you want, but don't make up untruths and write a false review on a small independent operator because of it.* You arrived too late to be speaking to 'neighbours', as we had to send you a late arrival email instructions.You mentioned no issues when we spoke to you the next morning.*You should remove these untruths and stop acting in bad faith towards a small, family-run company that made an effort on your behalf on arrival and departure.*This review is entirely full of utterly false misrepresentations motivated by the line 'We need a refund'. Shame.

Dear Delme,Thanks for your review.-We do indeed have a variety of restaurants nearby, all reachable on foot including a great Indian and Italian, a Chinese, then Greek food at the pub next door, as well as a Fish & Chips, pizzas and burgers all a short distance away.

Our parking is only free for cars: we have some spaces out the front and more spaces out the back in a gated car park, where we charge for vans or anything larger than a car to park.

We are in fact a 6 minute walk from West Drayton overland train station, on the Elizabeth Line which now gets to Bond Street in about half an hour and the West End/Tottenham Ct Rd a few minute's longer. It also goes direct to Liverpool Street.So we now have fast and easy access to central London.

Dear Petr,Thanks for the review. We are indeed in Heathrow area, but crucially not any flight paths, so we don't suffer from loud planes landing or taking off overhead.We're 10 minutes' drive to Terminals 1-3, under 15 minutes to Terminal 5, with bus routes nearby to all Terminals.

Dear Liam,thanks for staying with us. We have some rooms with wooden beam features and some without. All rooms have flat screen TVs, tea/coffee making facilities and fast in-in room Wi-Fi.

Hi Precious,thanks for reviewing us. As you say, we are just 6 minutes' walk from the Elizabeth Line station at West Drayton, helpfully in London Underground Zone 6 so you can travel into London on the price of the old One Day Travelcard, just using your contactless card on entry to the station.

Hi,thanks for your review. There is in fact a Tesco express literally only 6 minutes' walk away.And the train station West Drayton is in fact also merely a 6 minute walk away and gets you into central London in around half an hour.

Hi, we are sorry to read of these oversights on cleaning. This is something we've tried to address since. All kettles in hotels do get a build up of limescale as they get so much use, it really isn't any problem or risk to you - it's just due to the lime mineral in hard water in the South of England, which I know doesn't happen in the North, or other countries with soft water.

Thank you, we have differing showers in different rooms - the better rooms do have better shower units.
