“Will stay again”
We stayed there as it was pet friendly and very close to Heathrow. The bed was like a futon, very firm, but not too bad. Everthing else was great and the staff was wonderful. I don't usually rated hotel restaurants well, but this one was excellent. My broiled scallops were perfect, as was the mojito at the bar. Top notch.
“Modern, clean, friendly hotel.”
Great modern hotel. Staff throughout the hotel is friendly. Very child friendly hotel with a play room at the reception. Xbox 360 is not suitable as the TV screen is difficult to view. Room is clean and modern. All you really need for a hotel room. The price is reasonable as well.

The Novotel was a comfortable and well-appointed hotel close to Heathrow Airport. We stayed 1 night due to a layover.

Great location for Heathrow and access from M4/M25. Large clean rooms, good restaurant (not too expensive). Recommended.

great service, nice pool, SUPERB food at restaurant [try the fisherman;s plate starter! -WOW], and very comfortable room. great value for money to hide away albeit 5 miles from our own house!

Good choice for tavel. No outside noise from airport. Everything for transit traveller. Free email in foyer. Staff helpful. It is a distance from London central & it takes about 1- 2 hours to get into the city ,so you need to consider this if day trips are disired. Half price theatre tickets at Leichester Metro

“Excellent family hotel”
Arrived @ 11:00 a.m., hotel staff happily let us check in early. Large room with sofa + queen size bed. We had a baby cot, and still plenty of space in room. Pool and restaurant made hotel very family friendly. Parking was 8 GBP/day in secure gated area. Close to Heathrow, easy access off of M4.
“Bargain and Convenient!”
We stayed for a single night before an international flight early the next day. The hotel is well maintained and the room was very comfortable and clean. There was no issue with noise despite its location to the airport and the fact that all the rooms are located above the reception/breakfast area. Breakfast was delicious and included. There was 20min free internet time. The staff were happy to book us a taxi- but this was a maxi taxi not a black cab and worked out slightly more expensive. Dont bother with the advertised hotel hopper to the airport- for the 2 of us a taxi worked out the same price and was much more convenient. We also ate dinner at the hotel (as there appeared no restaurants nearby) which was surprisingly good! Overall this is a perfect choice for those needing to stay close to the airport and is excellent value for money.
