“Hotel Novotel City South à Londres”

Hôtel très bien situé, métro proche, très bon accueil, petit-déjeuner buffet anglais et continental d'excellente qualité. Chambres tout confort, 3 ou 4 personnes , calmes, service impeccable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour famille.

“Would stay there again”

I don't have anything negative to say about the hotel. The only thing I would point out is you can't use the stairs to go beyond the 1st floor so if you have a problem using the lift you should perhaps mention it when booking. I did ask the receptionist what would happen if a guest was claustrophobic & couldn't use the lift but she just shrugged her shoulders!

“Would stay again”

Location was good for us. Computer and printer in lobby. Nice buffet breakfast in am. Staff were very accomodating-moved room because we wanted windows open and not used to city traffic noise. Stored our large bags when we went to Paris for a few days. Always accomodating. Would stay again.

“parfait pour un weekend en famille”

Près du métro (10 minutes max de marche) si on entre par le parking derrière. Le Tate Modern est également à 10 minutes, le Globe encore moins. Petit déjeuner copieux et frais. Lit très confortable. Personnel fort disponible et sympathique. Les chambres commencent à montrer leur "âge," mais l'ensemble est très confortable et pratique.

“Nice hotel, good location”

A good affordable hotel in a good location. The hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are nice with modern furniture and decor. The staff is courteous and helpful. London Bridge tube station and bus stop are close by. We used RV1 bus line which takes you to Tower bridge and central London. Tower bridge is within 5 minutes by bus. We stayed for a couple of days with kids and enjoyed the stay.

“Great hotel in a covenient location!”

We had a fabulous time at this hotel, excellent breakfast and covnient location. The staff were really lovely and the room was excellent. We would definately return again. We loved the slippers and bath robes and had a lovely quiet nights sleep. No noise from any other rooms!! Missing it already.
