“good location..ok all in all”

very good location, friendly staff, room size wise not big but not extremely small. shower very small and shampoo provided in sachets! very annoyed with the fact that they charge you for keeping the suitcase after checkout (5 pounds!!!!).

“Stay if you want a MISERABLE time”

One advice: DO NOT stay at this hotel. The rooms are soo small and the front desk person was so rude. He didn’t even seem like he cared at all. You have to leave your key at the front desk when you leave the hotel…that sounds sketchy and I was very hesitant as my passport, IDs, money, etc… are in the suitcase. There’s no elevator and the stairs going into the room is very narrow. It was so hard for my husband and I to get our suitcase up to our room. The decoration to the place was very tacky. The shower was so small, can't move in the shower at all! The shower water dripped randomly at 3am in the morning and woke us up. The continental breakfast was crap! We paid an arm and a leg because we booked last minute and this was the only available hotel. We also upgraded (the upgrade cost as much as the original booking) because the room for 2 people is literally like a small hall with a twin bed…2 people sleeping on a twin bed?? Really? Once upgraded, the queen beds were 2 twin beds put together...which ended up splitting in the middle of the night! There's metro that goes anywhere and everywhere. Save yourself the money and trip by not staying at this miserable hotel. Buy the metro day pass and the rides are unlimited.
