Set in a peaceful garden square, the Norfolk Plaza Hotel occupies three former Edwardian townhouses with an ornate white façade, and opens to a modern marble-floored lobby. Guests can start the day with a breakfast buffet (surcharge) in the bright breakfast room hung with Mediterranean prints, relax with newspapers and magazines in the lounge, access the Internet via complimentary wireless access, and enjoy drinks in the bar. There is an onsite conference room, and further amenities include a concierge desk and dry cleaning facilities.
Parking is not available on site. Nearby parking (surcharge) is possible.

“My home in London”
I have stayed at the Norfolk Plaza 4 or 5 times now and it is always a pleaure. The place isn't big but it's clean, the people are friendly and the location is ideal for London travel. This is the standard by which I judge all other European 3 star hotels.

I have stayed at this hotel many times since approx. 2003. It is very conveniently located at Paddington and I use it after returning from Heathrow. It is not exactly luxurious but clean, bright and well priced. Will most certainly use again.

Hôtel très propre, très accueillant, on a pu disposer d'une suite, c'était génial pas d'autres mots, c'est hôtel est à recommander. Situé juste à côté d'un arrêt de bus de la ligne 23 et à 5 min de paddington, c'est très pratique pour les sorties.
“Good Vibes in London”
The hotel, itself, was clean and, surprisingly, roomy. This is because single rooms have 2 twin beds. This automatically allowed for more room. The hotel offered a discount for its breakfast. I didn't try it. The room was very clean. The elevator was sufficiently large and worked! If there is one thing that could be improved, it would be for the hotel to purchase new, larger televisions, and to subscribe to a larger cable package. The staff was helpful and very polite. This hotel had been recommended to me by a colleague who stays there annually, as well. I have no regrets for having booked at the Norfolk Plaza Hotel, and would recommend it to all travellors who wish to find reasonably priced, comfortable accommodations in London.
“pleasantly surprised”
I picked this hotel because of price and proximity to railroad. It turned out to be just perfect for me. It was in a convenient spot to stores and post office. It was a quiet street with a park veiw. The front desk help was very helpful,(night front desk guy, who was relatively new) The room was small but just right for me.Room was clean and I was happy with my stay. ONly draw back, had to pay for breakfast which wasn't as good as I expected. But for location, I would stay here again.

“Idéalement situé”
Au calme sur un petit square à l'anglaise (où il n'y a d'ailleurs que des hôtels ou quasiment) mais idéalement situé entre les restos de Notting Hill et les rues à shopping (Oxford St. est atteignable en 1/4 h de marche) et à 1 mn à pied de la station de métro et gare de Paddington (ce qui permet l'accès facile à l'ensemble du centre-ville). En plus, nous avons été surclassés à notre arrivée (en février, période creuse, il est vrai) : nous avons eu une suite en duplex pour le prix d'une chambre double normale !
“Comfortable, Convenient and Clean”
I have stayed at the Norfolk several times and always had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located near the Paddington station and is easy to find. The Norfolk offers a very good breakfast and there are several good pubs near by as well as a number of carryout locations for food and limited grocery items. If you are looking to escape the cookie cutter chain hotels, try the Norfolk. It is always my first choice when I visit London.
