At Millennium Bailey's Hotel London Kensington a small Internet booth, with high-speed Internet access (surcharge), is located on the ground floor. For business meetings, the Bailey's boardroom, with deep leather office chairs holds 12 people. The Millennium Conference Centre accommodates 1,000 people over two floors.
Built between the Millennium Bailey's Hotel and the adjoining Millennium Gloucester Hotel, the Conservatory is a large, airy space away from lively Gloucester Road, used for business lunches and cocktail parties. With its white-painted, wrought-iron frame and large indoor palms, the conservatory is reminiscent of Victorian glasshouses. Potted topiary, a grand piano, and the wooden bar add to the sense of refined glamour.

“Great place to stay”
Wonderful hotel to stay in London. You can't beat the location, as it is just across the street from the Gloucester Rd Tube station as well as a pharmacy where you can stock up on supplies. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel, including a deli across the st and The Stanhope Arms pub. Hotel itself is charming and well kempt. Rooms are comfortable. I had a problem with my heat and someone was up within minutes to fix it. Very nice and helpful staff. Would definitely make a return visit!
“Great place to stay.”
Baileys was Great! It was right out of the Underground so it was easy to get wherever we wanted to go. The bed could have been a little more comfortable but it was better than most. We would definitely go back.
“Very Nice Hotel”
This hotel is very picturesque. Very nice people. Comfortable room. Great area--right across the street from the tube. We enjoyed it very much.
“Brilliant Bailey's”
We couldn't fault this hotel. The staff were very polite and extremely proffessional - nothing was too much trouble. It has old england charm and is a welcome change to the usual modern, minimalist chic boutique style hotels. The rooms were very comfortable and catered for all our needs. It is very convenient for the west end, covent garden etc and equally so for most major stations. Brilliant hotel!
“A recommander”
“loved it”
Everything about our weekend was great, including the hotel. When we checked in,the receptionist was excellent - very professional and very helpful/informative.Our rooms were ideal - spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We found the location to be perfect for our needs, the tube station being only yards away.We got to the west end in no time, with no change of line. There are loads of really nice places to eat and drink very close by and the V & A and Natural History museums are only walking distance away.We ate and drank in the hotel and found it very good and excellent value.Overall,we found all the staff to be very pleasant and helpful and we would have no hesitation in using this hotel again. We even got breakfast for half price because we booked with expedia. We also ate in the Bombay Brasserie - it was a little expensive, but well worth it for a special treat - try the Cobra Coffees
“Good hotel in the center of the city”
This hotel was a good bargain. I was located at a tube stop. in a very good area of London which was accessible for the entire city, and surrounded bu shops and restaurants. The staff was always helpful and willing to assist. I look forward to staying at the hotel in the future.
“How Did I Get So Lucky???”
The location is the best; i.e. Underground is across the street (two stops from Harrods), Tour Buses stop across the street, Food Markets, Coffee Shops, Cafes, Pubs, Post Office, Restaurants, Kensington Palace, etc. literally steps from the Hotel. The Hotel's restaurant and room service are a bit pricey; but you can opt for the room's complimentary cup of tea/coffee to start your day and visit the neighborhood for your local meals. We had a fine choice of places to pick from for Christmas Night.
“Great hotel”
The concierge weren't terribly helpful and our room wasn't ready for check-in at 2PM as it was supposed to be, but because of the delay they bumped us up to a more expensive room at no extra charge. Very polite, but not knowledgeable concierge.... Excellent experience overall, however.
“Exceptional for the price”
Found all of London to be rather pricey, but the hotel was reasonable and within our budget. Staff very courteous and concierge extremely helpful setting up tours, recommending restaurants, etc.
