“Would stay there again”

This is a two bedroom apartment, so we had the space and privacy we needed for our teens and us. It was located in an historic section of London, walking distance to many interesting sights and close to the tube. There is no maid service if you spend less than 7 days there, but the conceirge staff were helpful and friendly.

“Room for Improvement”

OK on the whole but not impressed by lack of kettle in the room, tv stand falling apart, light in the fridge not working, no iron, rug in lounge area was filthy, would not accept American Express card. On the plus side the apartment was warm and comfortable and convenient for the purpose of our visit to London and the staff were friendly and obliging.
