London Syon Park carries on the Waldorf Astoria ‘art of dining’ legacy with six irresistible dining options. Brownies, with an outdoor terrace, specializes in treats for kids of all ages with an array of hot and cold temperance drinks and a Sundae Bar that elevates ice cream, the Cornet and, of course, the classic Brownie to a new, dazzling level. Peacock Alley, the hotel’s Martini Bar, moulds innovative design with mixology, paying modern homage to that timeless cocktail while honouring the legacy of Syon Park’s historical Ice House. “Beautiful setting”
Great setting for this stylish hotel. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable (tv in the shower!) and the staff exceptionally helpful. The spa pool was lovely and little touches like iced water by the loungers and a swimsuit dryer in the changing rooms made it even more so. We had breakfast and afternoon tea here, which were both delicious but pricey. Similarly the bar staff were great but at £14 for a martini not somewhere I would spend all evening! Overall a real treat and we will definitely return

“Perfect Hotel Wrong Location.”
We loved the resort. It is located "in London" but expect to pay £50-60 for a taxi to the attractions. If you want to walk to the mass transit (bus) it is a 15 min walk to get off the property. We did love the room and all the resort offered.
“Expensive”
Expensive, but otherwise a good experience. Disappointed that a hotel with such high charges does not provided tea or coffee in the room. They should offer free room service tea/coffee if they feel they are too 'grand' to offer these facilities in the room.
“amazing hotel perfect in many ways indeed but the service was not quite there”
The very best looking hotel we could find in london i took my girlfreind for a birthday treat and had a great time everything was 5 star but the service was slightly dissapointing a couple minor incidents mean it lost a star for this stay but cant fault it otherwise and would definatly reccomend it to others and intend to come back again in the future
“Working weekend at Twickenham rugby”
The hotel has a unique location inside the walled Syon Park. Guests can travel by road, rail, air and tube, however sensible access to the hotel building is restricted to road. This was not advised when we contacted hotel staff before arrival and taxis were not always easily available. The hotel could improve with a courtesy transfer system to/from the nearby rail and tube stations. Very surprisingly there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. When working and travelling this simple refreshment needs to be available quickly and made to personal taste.
