Compact & cosy hotel in Cntrl London- Good service
The stay was pleasant. The hotel staff kept in contact prior to, and after the stay. They were facilitating. The check-in was quick, smooth and easy, as was the check out. As we were just there for a night and were going out and about, we didn't ask for and interact much. The room was small but well decorated and was still equipped with essentials (TV, hairdryer, safe, tea/coffee making facility and complementary water bottles). Bed was comfy, toilets were decent and well equipped too - just the showers need looking into. Another plus was that our bedroom on 4th floor had a window and decent front view. Some reviews about windowless rooms had me confirmed. Overall, the hotel is good and conveniently located 7 mins walk from Bayswater with Notting Hill Gate and Queensway stations also nearby, as well as shops and eatries. The room size may not be an issue for 1-2 people who dont carry much. It wasn't for us, as we just stayed a night. I had forgotten my bag with passports and am very grateful to housekeeping who found it and those who then contacted to tell me about it. It was waiting at the reception. Hats off to the staff who showed concern.

The Premier Inn in Notting Hill is a pleasant quiet place with wonderfully helpful staff. The neighborhood is multi-national and has a great feel to it. The hotel is an easy walk to the Circle Line (Bayswater) or Central (Queensway) lines. Getting into and out of the city is quick and easy.

Great hotel
Great hotel. We are learning that basically every hotel in the UK is small. This room was small but very clean and in a good, walkable neighborhood in Notting Hill.

First time staying at a Premier Hotel & would recommend to a friend. As I only booked a single room, it was adequate for a single night but if staying longer would prefer a larger room.

We found the staff to be very helpful, the bed was comfortable and the hotel location was in a very lovely neighbourhood. Easy to get around by foot or a short walk away from all forms of transportation! The only downside is that the room is small.

The hotel is cozy with a staff that is ready to assist you in your needs. Excellent breakfast! The rooms and common areas are clean and well mantained. It is well located near a quiet area and close to metro stations.

The hotel was clean, tidy and well located. Our double room was tiny. the double bed just fitted under the window wall to wall. Being over 6ft tall my head was touching the bedhead and my feet touching the wall.

Perfect location and wonderful staff
This was our second stay here. The hotel is in a brilliant location and is tucked away on a little square so very quiet, yet minutes away from the heart of Notting Hill. The best thing for us are the wonderful, friendly staff who made us so welcome. Our room was rather small and just tricky to get out of one side of the bed easily, so that's the only reason I didn't give excellent rating for comfort, but the bed is super comfy and all was spotlessly clean. We would most definitely stay here again.

Clean, well renovated period property close to Bayeswater tube and shopping street, and close to the Royal parks. Air conditioning in the room was quiet and effective. The single room was about the size of a broom closet (with a nice bathroom attached), so it's fine if all you need is a place to shower and sleep (the bed was comfortable). But consider booking a larger room if you plan to spend any awake time in it or have large luggage.

Location and area first class within walking distance of Kensington and Hyde Park, local cafes. Felt very safe, nice area. Clean and comfortable, room better than expected. Good facilities ie tea and coffee making, microwave and mini fridge. Will return.

This property is located in a beautiful area of London. I felt safe and proud to be staying here! The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to help me throughout my stay. I couldn't recommend this place more! I booked a room for myself and for a business colleague and we were both really pleased. They have made a repeat customer out of me as I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
