Do Not Stay Here!

Pros: Location close to Buckingham Palace
Cons: Whole hotel needs to be updated, especially lobby & rooms.
Location: Sightseeing
My experience was horrible, loud and unpleasant. Beds stunk.

駅から地上に出るのに階段が多く不便。室内のアメニティも最小限で品質も良くない。バスローブが1枚しかなかったり2泊目にはミネラルウォーターがなかったり、初日から封が空いた紅茶が備えてあったりリピートはないと思います。

Fantastic View and Good Location

Pros: The staff, bed, towels, bath robes and the view
Cons: Cleanliness
Location: Lovely being able to walk to through the park to Buckingham Palace and nice being able to pound the streets of Mayfair.
The reception lady did her best to fulfill our request for a city view. We were offered a ready room on floor 9 but was given the option to wait for a room being cleaned on floor 12 which is what we went for. It was our decision to wait, but the lady gave us a drinks and dessert voucher to pass the time which was very nice of her. The view was amazing but the cleanliness of the room could have been better. The bedding was clean and comfortable, but there were carpet stains and the bath had the imprint of a bath mat which was tacky to feel and not nice to look at. Also the bathroom sliding door would not close fully. That said, the room was nice overall but did expect much better for a 5* hotel. We couldnt fault the breakfast nor the staff. The staff were very accomodating, polite and just generally pleasant and the food options were more than adequate and the food itself was lovely, our son loved the freshly made pancakes and waffles. The location was good for some attractions and for those attractions further a field there are numerous tube stations within walking distance and buses too. The lift service is the best I have ever experienced as it is technology driven and very efficient which meant we were never left waiting for a lift. To summarise, I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again.

However, I am sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the housekeeping standards, and that the sliding bathroom door would not close fully. Two nights in London

Pros: Great location. Love the bar on the 28th floor.
Cons: Front desk flexibility.
Location: Steps away from the heart of Mayfair, how can you beat that?
I could not figure out how to use the various lights. That kind of puzzled me. Initially, despite knowing that I was coming from Singapore and had travelled all night I was asked to wait until 3 pm to get a room. I spoke to the reception manager and he got me a room almost immediately. I was also offered a late check out on departure, so overall my service experience as been positive.

Clean hotel, extremely well located.

Stayed for two days on a business trip. Staff is efficient and courteous. Breakfast was excellent. Great location. Walking distance from the shopping district of Knightsbridge and Piccadily.

Nice at a very reasonable price in the centre

Really it's not 5* hotel. Although there are some advantages: location , room was unexpectedly big for London, not t mention breakfast - great choice for everyone. Staff was nice and very helpful. Definitely come back.
