“Excellent experience”
Check in was very simple and the young lady with whom I dealt was pleasant, cheerful and most helpful. The other members of the staff were equally pleasant, cheerful and most helpful. For me this is a hotel to which I will return without a problem. I was made to feel most welcome and part of the "family" Thank you London Elizabeth, I will return some day
“Charming and friendly!”
I spent a total of nine days at The London Elizabeth. It was my first trip to London and I was very nervous about getting around. Were it not for the friendly and helpful staff I would have had difficulty, but they were eager to help. The room was clean and I felt very much at home. The location is ideal, I was able to go pretty much everywhere interesting without too much travel time. I cannot go on enough about the staff! I live in Las Vegas and I have been in many hotels and I have never had such superb service! I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be staying there in the future as I intend to visit London often. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
“Friendly Helpful Staff and Great Location”
All of the members of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right across from the fountains at Hyde Park. There's also an Underground station right by the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.
“Wonderfully charming hotel and staff”
This is a wonderful little hotel with a terrific, young, multinational staff who are friendly, kind and helpful. I had a smaller single room with a bathroom and it was very comfortable and scrupulously clean. The decor is very English with silk and velvet upholstery and chintz curtains and flowered carpets, and the bar has dark panneling and leather sofas: it was like being in an English townhouse. Continental breakfast has generous choices and cooked breakfast and other meals were good and reasonably priced. The location is perfect for walking (Hyde Park, Kensington and Oxford Street) and for access to the underground, buses and Paddington Station, which has an express train to Heathrow. This lovely place would unhesitatingly be my first choice on a return trip to London.

“Wonderfully charming hotel”
The London Elizabeth is a well cared for and maintained hotel. If you're coming in from Heathrow Airport you can take the Paddington express and it will leave you just around the corner from the hotel; about a 5 minute walk. The rooms are a nice size well decorated and very comfortable. The only problem was the size of the bathroom, particularly the shower. Our room had a very small shower stall and the glass doors were a little small. But it was a good shower. The hotel is right by Hyde Park so we were able to take a lovely walk through the park to Knightsbridge and shopped at Harrod's. Also close to Kensington Palace and the Princess Diana Memorial. Underground station is right by the hotel so travel into London was convenient. The restaurant was charming, service good and the food was excellent. My daughter and I would be delighted to stay there again.
“Excellent for lady travellers”
I enjoyed the hotel stay very much. The staff was helpful and the breakfast each morning delightful. The location was a definite plus. Transportation was literally at the entrance. Hyde Park across the street was a great place to walk and a great way to get to shopping areas in Kensington High Street.

“I'd stay there again.”
Room was actually more spacious than I had thought it would be. The 10 minute walk to Paddington Station made getting to and from Heathrow very easy. Hyde Park is across the street. I had a garden room near the street, so things were on the louder side, but I travel with earplugs so my sleep was not bothered. All in all a good room at a good rate.
