“A short walk to the free airport bus”

Jury's Inn is a nice modern reasonably priced hotel. It is about five minutes walk from Hatton Cross tube station, which has free busses to Heathrow and of course tube trains to London.

“Convenient”

I booked this hotel because I had a very early flight next morning. The hotel surprised me: it was good value for my money. You may consider to stay in this hotel and travel downtown London everyday. The Hatton station is just a five minutes walk from the hotel.

Take Piccadilly line ans exit at Hatton station. The hotel is just a 5 minutes walk.

“Good short stay hotel for air travelers to London.”

Jurys Inn is not fancy-- but does provide a clean, quiet, comfortable environment for travelers preparing to fly in or out of Heathrow Airport. The food in the restaurant is good, but try to avoid eating in the bar: the selection is smaller, and the time frame for service is longer. Since they cater a lot to "group tours", you may want to make a reservation in the restaurant as soon as you check in. (We were unable to eat there because it had been "taken over" by a large group the first night we were there, prior to flying to Scotland. It was much better the final night.)

Area recommendations

If you are flying in and out of the airport, by all means stay nearby, because subway fares and/or taxi rates are sky high. You DON'T want to go long distances on either! Make sure all of your "bennies" for staying are acknowledged when you check in. Internet was supposed to be included for my second night (booked through Expedia), but it took me nearly 30 minutes to get it resolved through their "help line" (which is based off site).

“good clean reasonable airport hotel”

The hotel was very clean. It is located near the tube line and close to terminal 4, and the airport Hoppa bus serves all terminals. The hotel is on the incoming flight pattern but due to the triple glazing, no sound was heard. The hotel restaurant was not unreasonably priced considering the prevailing London prices. We stayed the night before leaving London for the USA as we did not want the troublel of getting to the airport in the morning.

“Great hotel location.”

My stay at Jury's Inn was a pleasent one. The location of the hotel is just one block from the Hatton Cross underground station making it an ideal location for day trips into London if you don't mind some adventure. The rooms where clean and the hotel was generally clean and did have a modern feel. Food at the hotel leaves alot to be desired. Poor quality and over priced. Do yourself a favor and take the free breakfast and free internet deal if being offered. It will save you money in the long run. The Jury's Inn is a basic 3 star hotel with an excellent location to LHR and the Underground.

“Nice Hotel but no wake up call”

This hotel worked out well for a short stay before flying back to the US after traveling in other parts of the UK. Very clean and as others have pointed out, very close to tube station for going into London. All day tube pass which included the tube ride into London and any where else on the tube that day was 8 pounds. May be less for children. Over all the hotel was a very good value and I would stay there again. My only complaint is that I had requested a wake up call as a back up to my phone alarm the morning of our flight back. The phone alarm worked but I never received the wake up call.

“Could NOT hear the airport at all!”

If you are stuck at Heathrow for next day flight try this place - although I had to pay for internet connection the quiet made it all worth while. I could watch takeoffs and landings with NO sound - this place is quiet. Also just a 5 pound cab ride to Hounslow (sp) where you can find a couple of picture book English Pubs with cheap but good pub food kind of breaks up the evening. You are also close enough to make it into the outskirts of London for the evening - also just a bit more of a cab ride.

“Convenient for long layover”

We had a long layover (overnight) in London and used this place to catch a nights sleep. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet so it served our needs well.

“Just ok”

Hotel staff were not overly friendly. Hotel restaurant was fully booked with three large parties, so bar service only was available. Service was very slow. Views of construction from the hotel. Hotel was just ok.

“Jury's Inn Heathrow--good for an overnight transit”

Nice hotel, comfortable, and well decorated. No wifi in rooms but high speed wired available. Good TV & selection. Tea/coffee in room. 3 bed family room was comfortable even with luggage. We chose the hotel because it offered a family room at a reasonable price. As with all Heathrow hotels, transportation to the hotel is a ripoff. 4.5UK per person by the hotel bus, about 17UK by taxi rank, and 12UK by private hire car organised by hotel. Restaurant was basic british medium quality. OK for a transit meal but eat elsewhere if you are looking for something special. More expensive than it should be for the quality. Some local restaurants deliver for free. Ask at the reception for details.

Area recommendations

If you have the time, stay in Kensington. Accessible by tube, close to all of London by easy tube connections.
