“Cant Wait to go back!”

Could not believe the excellent service I received from this hotel. The location was excellent literally across the road from Kings Cross St Pancras where I was getting an early Eurostar train the next morning. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the beds were amazing. I had a shower in the morning and almost got blown away with the pressure it was great. The best thing was the free WIFI it was so fast, oh yes and the English Breakfast, was very tasty! Can’t wait to go back! Fred....

“Great location and the best service in town”

Hands down the best service I've had at a hotel recently. The rooms were also spotless clean with all the required amenities (great wifi and even power adapters should you require them). I'd recommend Jesmond Dene to all my friends.

“Pleasant Stay”

Though was a very short one, I had a pleasant stay at the Jesmond Dene on theoverall. Staff are very cooperative and hospitable.. Room is clean.. Toilet seat is smaller than usual.. One inconvenience worth mentioning.. though I was never warned when I made the reservation on-line, I was told by the administration of the Hotel that there was a 2% fee if I want to settle my account by a credit card..!!!

Very good little B&B in centre of London. Good location for transport links. Easy walk into centre of London. Room small but cosy with nice ensuite. Bed a little lumpy!

“Tiny rooms but immaculate condition”

Booked this hotel to catch Eurostar the following morning. Perfect choice but breakfast doesn't start until 7:30 which is too late for the early trains. Price was high for a hotel with very limited facilities but perfect cleanliness and very helpful staff almost made up for this.

“Convenient, excellent service”

It is a block from Kings Cross station, near the center of London. Easy access to any place you want to go. The staff could not have been more attentive and friendly. We had no trouble with noise. A complimentary full English breakfast is available each day, or you can have cereal, toast, egg cooked to order, etc. The only caveat I offer is: the rooms are typically small. But they are adequate and well-maintained. Take your own wash cloth, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion (but that's also typical). Free wifi is another plus.

“Short family stay in London”

I stayed in this hotel for 7 days with my small family , 2 young girls , overall it was Ok,the hotel is really clean , but the stairs was really narrow , we stayed in 3rd floor we had difficulty getting our bags up , the stuff were very friendly and helpful., breakfast was acceptable but it was the same everyday no options , the location is excellent near to King Cross underground with all the London lines covered , u can reach anyplace in London .
