We stopped here for a special occasion, and the staff at the hotel were so friendly and accomodating of all requests that it really did make it extra special.
The views from the rooms are amazing, and the location of the hotel is just perfect. 20 mins on the tube into London, yet it feels like a million miles away when you want to kick back and relax.
The breakfast was fab - so much choice. Buffet style selection, from hot sausages, eggs, beans, to croissants, cereals, fruit. It was all there!
I can't get across enough how much I like this hotel. It will be the base for all of our future London trips!

The room we had for 6 nights was small but wonderful, exceptionally quiet, and very comfortable. The staff are sincerely helpful, courteous and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was among the best we have ever had on our many journeys. My hat is off to whoever organizes the breakfast buffet and menu, well done! Room decor was fun, had great A/C, comfortable bed, and an open mini fridge. No fee for using whatever we wanted! Hotel improvement to the ground floor was from 9 - 5 while we were out seeing the city and was of little if any inconvenience to us. The location was perfect for us - only a block or so the the Earls Court tube station. (Earls Court is on the Piccadilly line, which serves Heathrow Airport. Exit the station, cross the street to the right, go a block and a half, turn left at the Blackbird, a really nice corner pub, and in 100 feet you'll be in front of the Hotel. It's a 2 minute walk, super easy.) There are many really nice restaurants/pubs in the area. The hotel is only a short enjoyable walk (or one tube stop) to the busier and noisier South Kensington tube station, which has four times as many restaurants, the Natural History Museum, the V&A Museum, and Hyde Park. We enjoyed our morning jog from the Hotel, through Hyde Park and back before breakfast. The staff should be cloned and put in all hotels, they are exceptional. Without a doubt we would stay here again.

The hotel was clean with good facilities. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Very comfortable bed, Nice shower. Very good breakfast. Everything was good apart from distance from transport. Transport links were fine if you wanted to come in from or go out towards Waterloo but if you needed to go in any other direction and didn't have lots of time then taxis were necessary.

Location and service are fantastic!
Room is a little dated but this had no impact on our stay. We travel every year and have to say that this is a gem.
The location is outside tube and tour bus stops. Plenty of places to eat nearby and grocery store across the road.
I would recommend this hotel ten times over.....you won't be disappointed.

This hotel is directly across the street from the University of the Arts Costume Store residence hall. It is also steps away from the North Acton tube stop which brings you into Central London in about 20 minutes. The room was spacious and clean and the staff very kind and helpful in all matters for a US tourist. The hot breakfast was adequate. I will definitely stay here again.
